They will break other parts on ur bike and charge u to fix it. I Took my bike there to have it serviced. It was running ruff. I drove there with my choke on so it can stay running. They told me it was the carbs that need to be cleaned out. Long story short. They had my bike over a month they told me $1100 and charged me $1300. My bike did start and run when I got it But what really got me pissed was my choke cable didnt move any more. I didnt try it at the shop cause it started with out me using it. But at night I went to use it it didnt move. I called them they never returned my calls. So I drove up there to show them. Im thinking maybe something is blocking the pin or something is not connected. They refused to look at it until I paid them more money. They said the cable was frozen. It worked fine cause I drove there using it. So I went home and took my tank off myself to fix it. And they had clamped the cable so it didnt work. That was their plan to try get more money from me. So I ordered a new one from veys motorcycle. Nkb are crooks.

These guys are awesome! I wanted to do some cosmetic stuff to my bike but I wanted to check the mechanics first so I on a friends recommendation I took it to NKB. Wise choice. Their thorough run through only took an hour or so and was very explicit. All the charged me for it was an hour of labor. I was up for my 32,000 mile service. I wasnt sure who to take it to so I stuck with them, and Im very glad I did. They got my bike running like new plus threw in a few extras to replace cosmetic damage my bike had. A few days latter I started hearing noises and was worried it was my valves or rocker arm so I took it back. They took a look at it for free and it turns out they tuned it up so well that I could finally hear my worn out clutch, the source of the noise. I defiantly know who Im taking it back to for my clutch and any other repairs; Kevin, Peter, and the guys at NKB!

I have used NKB many years. I have never once not trusted the work or the abilities of the mechanics that work there. You walk into a friendly atmosphere and a staff eager to help. On average, I will know within the same business day what repairs are needed and how much it will cost to fix it. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them. THE ONLY SHOP I TRUST!

I came to this shop the first time I needed repairs done and they really did a great job and at a cost you will not get any place else since then I have only and will only go there they are fast and straight up honest people and there really not in it to rip people off they actually care about what they do Im telling you first hand that this shop will never disappoint!!!!

Kevin and John are the man...men. Mens....yea. Awesome. If u need something small or you decided you wanted to throw your bike across 2 lanes of traffic into a ditch. Theyll hook it up. No pressure like fun bike either. And they wont install your tires backwards...funbike...good dudes.
