I am confused why they have a lower rating: here is my experience---> I parked my harley bobber on am inclination...it was not stable in neutral so I parked it in first gear...my bike has NO gauges, instrument cluster so theres no light for neutral...when done with my appt. I put key in and started; and as u probably guessed it was still in gear and tipped...the ONLY thing that prevented damage on bike was the BISON MOTORSPORTS air cleaner..it was total but took brunt of damage..it ordered the part on Thursday nite and got it the next Wednesday...that was with the free shipping option, I am sure the overtime wouldve got here the next day...quality parts and and fast free shipping (over a certain amount) what more can u ask for? Will order all my parts from here now on...

Placed an order for two day shipping on July 28th, got my 12 and 16 gauge wire within a week but my order was missing the clutch lever I bought, called and they said it was coming UPS instead of usps, The Owner of Bison just called me two weeks later and apologized for the delay and said there was a miscommunication with now former employees and offered a full refund of my missing item, I thank him for that, people make mistakes and the owner just fixed one, Thank you Bison Motorsports

Ordered an Exfil 80 bag and RED SISSY BAR STRAPS from bison motorsports. They got to me in good time but I did not get the correct items what I got was a Exfil 7 utility bag which does not even remotely look close to the Exfil 80 and I got black sissy bar straps witch is not red. So I would not buy from bison Motorsports theyre just going to waste your time and give you the wrong items.

I placed an order on April 6, and it hasnt even shipped yet. Its now April 13th. I have emailed the company and called. No answer to either. They have great products on their website, but if you cant get them in a timely manner, that is no good. Last time I order from Bison Motor Sports.

Ordered some parts on Friday and received them on Monday!! I love their selection of parts they are real quality, lots of the stuff I find online are just cheap asia junk parts that break quickly. Great service from bison motorsports, will continue to buy my stuff from them.

Open only a few days a week. Got a package I ordered from them but the order was missing items. Now I got to wait until they are open... 2 days until then and then got to wait even longer for the package... You are better off going else where.
