This was absolutely the best experience ever buying anything! I don’t normally write a review unless I have a bad experience but I could not in good conscience not write a review about San Diego Indian Motorcycle’s. If this helps just one person it is well worth my effort. I dealt with Frank, awesome guy by the way and absolutely no high pressure used car man BS to put up with here. I took my time, came in to check out the bikes etc. and was never pressured to make a purchase or made to feel uneasy. When I walked in the first time I was greeted by the staff in a very welcoming manner. I prepared myself when approached by Frank for the typical hard sell tactics but was pleasantly surprised with his laidback approach. I never felt like I was under pressure and it was more like having a good friend show me around and explain the different bikes. I left without buying anything and was never pressured and all the time treated like a good friend (by the whole staff by the way). I did my research and got my ducks in a row and decided to go back and buy the Scout (awesome freaking bike). Again, absolutely no pressure great experience and the most wonderful and helpful staff you will ever meet. I have never felt so pampered, special and cared for in my life buying something. Even after I purchased the Scout (Love that darn thing!) I have been back several times for helmets, jackets etc. and they continually great and treat me like an old friend and explain that if I have any problems or need anything for the bike, to not hesitate to let them know. Unlike when you buy a car and roll off the lot, they forget your name and swear they never told you they would cover this or fix that. Not here Ok, so I am rambling but I have met the entire staff and am impressed with each and every one of them (kudos guys and thank you all). Don’t take my word for it though, go down there and put them to the test, I would wager you will have the best experience and be treated with kindness and respect whether you buy a bike or not. Thank you San Diego Indian (EagleRider Motorcycle) for everything and I cant wait to come back for my 500 mile break-in checkup. Noble Chandler

First of all let me say I NEVER write reviews, good or bad, just never done it. This is the second time I have been to Indian over in Little Italy, and the second time I have received the absolute best customer service... and I dont even own a motorcycle! Almost a year ago, I had a scooter tire loose so much pressure, the bead needed to be seated. After pushing it a few blocks, I decided to just try my luck and ask the motorclycle mechanics at Indian if they could help. They had me all set and ready to roll in 3 minutes, they saw how sweaty and frustrated I was and dropped everything, and to top it all off, refused to take the $20 I tried to give them... "Just tell your friends that we are here now and send them in" they told me... They really know how to make you feel like a neighbor! Today, I have friends in town and their car broke down by ballast point brewery. Its Sunday and not tons of options, so I told them the only Hail Mary I could throw was the guys at Indian... Long story short, my friends are back on the road and not gonna miss their connecting flights in LA. THANK YOU HAYDEN AND DEVIN!!! These guys need a raise or a bonus or a paid vacation or a SERIOUS display of employee appreciation, this is the second time they have went beyond their job description to make someones day. Forget how well they solved the scooter and car problems (not Indian, or ever motorcycle for that matter), the warm welcome and understanding/caring displayed alone is worth leaving 5 stars for. Lesson to companies, HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE, your customers notice!

In the past I have called and been transferred to some other Indian dealership, or phone bank other than the dealership, then they transferred me to the dealership, service seems to never pick up. Poor communication. The dealership is great when you walk in, but 2+ week wait for service, not sure if that is due to the recall, but last time I was there 3 out of the 4 service techs were out. Got a really cold shoulder when dropping off my bike downstairs at the service dept. Do not step foot inside the work area in the service dept...you cannot go in the downstairs service office, door was locked, you have to go upstairs to drop off your keys and make appts. Being closed monday and tuesday sucked, I think they are open Tuesday now.

Best Motorcycle Dealer in San Diego. Indian motorcycles were one of the first and most reliable bikes ever made. The new Indian Motorcycles are of the same quality. I have been looking for a couple of weeks and they have to be one of the best deals I have found. Frank has been my salesman and knows the bikes very well. This is where I am getting my motorcycle from. The ride is so smooth.

Best Motorcycle Dealer in San Diego CA. They have a great group of employees who care about the customers. They answer all your questions and do not play the games with the customers Like the Harley dealer did with me. I paid for my sons motorcycle. I love the service at this Indian Motorcycle Dealer.

I stopped by the new Indian, Victory dealer yesterday to look at the new Indian motorcycles for the first time. What a beautiful bike. They also had quite a few Victory motorcycles on the floor which you dont see at the other dealers that carry Victory. I am glad your here!

Great Motorcycles with all the right stuff. Indian Motorcycles have one of the best records and after a test ride the new ones are clearly of the same stuff as the old ones. I was also impressed with the Victory Motorcycles. I am still a Indian Motorcycle fan.
