I thought everything was great until i had my accident which ultimately totaled my 883 Iron. Isurance company had it towed to RHD, per my request since i purchased it there 4 months prior. 3 weeks later i called RHD to check the status of repairs and was told that there was no record of my bike being there. After I explained that Geico had it towed in, they called back with still no record. I had to provide my VIN # and two hours later I was called and Brent from the service dept told that my bike had indeed been there for weeks but nobody had checked it in. I admired his honesty and accountablility, so i gave them the benefit of the doubt one more time. Within a few days, i was informed by brent that she was a total loss (this is now 5 weeks after my accident). two weeks later, my bike was picked up by the insurance company. Brent told me that when they came to get the bike, that the guys in the service dept actually loaded the wrong bike, and he had to catch them before the tow truck left. Following this, I was given a very low valuation by my insurance company, which didnt cover my bike payoff, so I called Brent to see about getting a quote to provide to Geico. He and one of the sales managers got together and came up with a quote (hangtag) for me. When he was unable to scan and email it to me, i asked him on Friday, August 21 to mail the hardcopy to my office. Note that my accident was June 24, so Im already 2 months into this crap. On Saturday, August 29, I drove from my home in Glendora to the dealership to pick up the quote. I went in and was informed that Brent was scheduled, but when i went to the service dept, I was told that he had called in suck. I explained my predicament to the service tech who spoke with the sales manager that helped put the quote together. He didnt even bother to come out to assist me, just told the service man to let me know that Brent or someone would be able to email it to me by Monday. TODAY IS WEDNESDAY! STILL NOTHING! After my experience, I went to Pomona Valley HD, showed them my original contract, my payment amount, the price i was charged for my supposed marked down bike, and was told the deal that they would have made me which would have been a payment of $75 less per month. I have yet to be offered any form of compensation by Riverside Harley Davidson for their obvious negligence when it came to the handling of my bike after my accident. Four months prior, I was treated like a queen when signing for an overpriced bike at an over inflated monthly payment. But the moment I needed them to back up their alleged top notch service...NOTHING BUT THE CRICKETS! They are all about the money...not the Harley Experience one expects.

I recently spent over 2k in accessories for my 2014 Dyna. There are 3 Amazing Employees that need and deserve recognition ! During my ordering of Parts, GOLDIE in parts helped me with everything, even advising on many different choices. i feel he went beyond customer service to help me. DREW in Service was beyond helpful. he called me every couple days to let me know when parts would be in and where we were at once bike was being accessorized! at the end i was so happy with the work and especially the service i received. i was treated like family, NOT a customer, and that goes along way in my book. This is why i will never go anywhere else for Parts and Service. DREW and GOLDIE treated me like family, they went way beyond there job duties to ensure my bike was right, the Parts ordered were exactly what i wanted, even calling me to find out how much i liked the added accessories. This is why Riverside Harley is top notch! when you have employees that actually care and treat you with respect, there is no reason to anywhere else.. one more. on another visit to Service i had warranty work done and also needed a new rear tire. when i got there Luke in Service took care of me and ensured the work was done for me. Luke also went far beyond customer service as well. I forgo to order my tire. while looking at my bike he saw i needed a tire and called me to let me know my tire was in need of replacing. most people would think that was a way to make extra money. NO WAY! i forgot to say anything, and he actually reminded me when he called. i was very thankful because it slipped my mind, not to mention really helping with the warranty work! I REALLY want to make sure the following Harley Employees are recognized for doing a great job, treating me like family and going way beyond customer service Thank you! : DREW, LUKE, GOLDIE.

It had been at least 35 years since I had ridden . Deciding to ride again, I was worried I did not remember the best way to ride, especially in todays world. I had taught myself how to ride as a young lad, sometimes not being quite reasonable in how or what I would do. If I thought I could climb a tree on a bike , I would try it. Almost did, just never could get that back tire off the ground. I started looking for someone to refresh my memory on riding, and Riverside Harley-Davidson caught my eye. I called Jim Bridges and talked to him about the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy New Rider Course they did. I decided to go with CMSP ( California Motorcyclist Safety Program ) even though I live in Nevada, it would had been closer and cheaper in the long run to take a course here at home in Nevada, but Nevada excepts the CMSP course, and it just seemed better to me, Maybe/Maybe Not I am glad I decided to travel to Riverside Harley-Davidson to get back into riding again. Dyna Dave , Brian Habegger and James Bridges coaching on bringing back the knowledge and skills that I had in the back of my brain was invaluable, plus the most important of all, they taught me the knowledge and skills for SAFE riding on the streets and trails to prevent crashes and injuries to myself and others, No matter what you think you may know, you will NEVER be disappointed after taking any course they offer. I will definitely be going back in the future for the other courses they offer. Plus the dealership has a very nice assortment of bikes , that they will tailor to whatever suites you. The staff was always friendly, knowledgeable , and went out of their way to make me feel like I was family. Thank You Gary

Let me start my saying I have ridden a Harley since the days of Knuckles and Pans. The Service here is aweful, very un professional, bike was more dirty when i picked it up then when i dropped it off, dirty finger prints all over it. Had to ask them to clean it off. Its more like a car dealership then a good old fashioned Harley Dealer. The sale was awful, took more than four hours to close the deal and three salesmens pressure and the extra stuff they tried to add to the contract during the signing without my consent was very un professional. A brand new Ultra Classic, The bike was filthy at delivery...water stains everywhere, rust on the exhaust...dirt under the seat and backrest and tourpak. Rims were covered with hard water stains, looked like the bike was out in the rain and weather...in less than one thousand miles parts started falling off. The quick release Tour pak almost fell of during a ride, the attaching hardware was gone, shifter linkage stripped, had to shift it with my arm, gas tank dash inlay popped off before i even got the bike home. Clutch started to have a mind of its own and i was told after an inspection....its ok. Then a month later i get the recall notice in the mail. Like they didnt know this was an issue. Very deceptive.. I should have known from the test ride when i could not even get the bike off the lot due to the clutch...when i was told...its because the bike had been sitting for a while....more deception..The aftermarket installs must have been done by a trainee, not a seasoned mechanic. I will never buy another bike from this dealer. Nor will they get my service..EVER!!!!
