Just wanted to take a minute out of my day and give credit where credit is due. Im not the type of guy to give reviews but I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service that was given at On Track Powersports. From the second I walked in the door place has a bunch of bikes that meet any riders wants whether dirt or street. I was quoted an awesome deal on a valve adjustment so Id figure Id give them a try. Service department was beyond helpful with any questions that I had. Tim and Javier were beyond great, its rare nowadays for someone to tell you they appreciate your business and shake your hand more than once. When they called the next day they didnt try to sell me on parts or warn me of future what ifs that could bad but said your bikes good to go. From the beginning to end the service was great, I had my brother with me who wasnt even looking to get work done but was amazed at the service where he just wanted to give them more business. Keep up the great work, Im already recommending you guys to all my family and friends that ride. Thanks!!

I went here while I was shopping around for my first bike and these people really took the time out of their day to educate me about the selection and buying process. I feel like they genuinely care about the customers. Not only that. The prices are extremely reasonable. They pretty much beat everybody elses without even trying (for purchasing bikes and mechanical services). While I was there I was told that they didnt just want to sell me my first bike, they wanted to sell me my next one. Their customer service was so great that they have achieved this with me. I will be coming here in the future because these guys actually look out for ya. Extremely happy customer.

Went with my kids to check out the Hisun Strike 250. Im in the market for two units. As we walked in. a sales guy walked past and did not acknowledge us. Past by again ,we made eye contact, I smiled, he gave me the stink eye.Felt completely unwelcomed.and disrespected. A simple "hello" or "have any questions let me know" goes a looong way.Wont be going back again.

Not trust worthy people, they will lie and rip you off. Inspect the bike you are buying a lot more carefully then you usually would because once its out the door you are on your own. Dont forget to take the bike for a hard test ride and make sure everything is working propperly and inspect the bike again after test ride.
