Okay so if your thinking going to them you should reconsider. I was buying from them until I owed $340.00 left on my last payment out of over two thousand dollars. Their refusing my last payment knocking me out of getting the motorcycle. They refuse let me speak with a manager about the problem they say theyll have someone contact me and NEVER do. They say all kind of things such as they moved or whatever or they cant find my payment. I have EVERY email receipt theyve sent and bank statements PROVING my payments and never got the motorcycle. I am now going to the Better Business Bureau and getting a attorney as well. They also REFUSE to give me back the money Ive already have sent them. I have followed their request as making payments every month as they said should be done in the time they have made. I have called them and RECORDED every call to them thanks to a app called ACR. I have them on record to all the calls Ive made to them in regards of my payments as well as asking speak to a manager. I recommend that of you try buy from them from another state DONT you WILL lose your money. I thought at first this would be a great company order from but I was fooled. The downside to this as well is I know a lot of people looking to buy and I was going refer them to superior powersports but after my experience I wouldnt send my worse enemy there. This place is a joke. I hope with all the money theyve been taking from people they can afford a good attorney because the one I have already spoke with is a GREAT attorney and VERY well known and by no means is he a cheap one. I will also be starting a Facebook page and YouTube account letting everyone view the phone calls Ive had with them and showing my payments with them. I am fixing show the WORLD how they do business. Superior PowerSports if you read this be ready to be shown how bad you do business. You have a few options, one return my money I have sent you, give me the motorcycle or see you in court and then all over Facebook, twitter, YouTube and whatever else I have to do get my point across. Superior PowerSports be a good company stop taking from people how can you sleep at night? The motorcycle I was buying is a welcome home gift for a US Marine. Thats okay because the US Marine is also helping me with the attorney as well. If I owed the company I would bet I wouldnt have a F rating Id have a A+ and do right by my customers. I would rather have a good company a place people would want to come to and order from, and o would got you all a ton of business but now I have to find a ton of people a better company. You all are a joke. Your no better than a robber. The fact you take from people and not fulfilling your end makes me sick. Your turning down money and making yourself look bad. Shouldnt it be make money and look good?? Oh well you can fool many and you fooled me with all the nice promises but clearly you fooled the right one this time. This is the time you all get shown how dirty you are and I have NOTHING to hide and Im far from scared to prove how dirty this company is. I much rather have gave a 5 star rating and a short sweet review but now I have to let EVERYONE including yourself see how wrong you done me, many before me and maybe a few after me. I hope you keep a eye on your mailbox from a letter from the BBB and courts.

In summary, they dont answer the phone or call back, information is inaccurate, specific maintenance and service information isnt available, no local shop will look at the faulty machine, and Ive had to threaten non-payment to get their attention, BUT the machine that runs is a ton of fun, and the service techs are nice enough guys. I believe I have a unique experience working with Superior Power Sports. I purchased two Trail Master 150 XRXs. I am mechanically inclined enough to handle the assembly and general maintenance of small engines, but sometimes need guidance because it isnt what I do for a living or for fun. During assembly I had to call a couple times with questions that would be easy to answer had the service technician ever put a Trail Master together. My first question was, "I cant tell in the photo of the assembly directions where the vent tube coming from the gas tank goes." They answered that it just hangs down. In reality, I had to unplug a different vent tube (which is the one that really hangs down) and replace it with the tube in question coming from the gas tank. The machine wouldnt run until this was corrected. My second question was about the extra wires coming from the lights that bolt to the upper roll bar. The service technician didnt know. He said he would find out and call me back. I never got that call. Apparently, the wires are extra and you just tuck them away. Finally, after watching some assembly videos from other companies, I completed the assembly of both machines. One ran just as expected and is a ton of FUN! The other...not so much. It wont pull itself down the trail. The farthest I get is about 30 feet before it spits and sputters to a dead stop. Usually, the machine makes it only 5 to 10 feet before it wont pull itself any farther. It doesnt matter how far the gas pedal is depressed. I suspected a carb cleaning was needed, but I jacked it up in the air and it runs great if the wheels dont touch the ground. I left multiple unanswered phone messages. I left a stern messages in order to get a call back. Finally, I received warranty paperwork to fill out only after making threats of canceling payment from the credit card company. The service tech said he would find a shop for me to take it to because I explained to him that I had already called about a dozen shops. I had one guy say he could look at it in three weeks but I would be canceling payment before then. The service tech said the clutch likely needed adjustment, which I agreed with. The video sent by the technician was for a clutch cleaning. Its brand new. It doesnt need a clutch cleaning. That brings me to another point. Accurate information about this machine is not available ANYWHERE. Every bit of information Ive received from Superior Power Sports is inaccurate and at best from older machines. In fact, the clutch cleaning video sent looked like it was a completely different machine. The motor was different and the clutch guard looked nothing like the current machines guard which leads me to believe the clutch is different too. In the meantime, I am waiting for a call back AGAIN. Hopefully, they will find a nearby shop to do the warranty work.

This company managed to send me a bill of sale that referenced a different vehicle based on the incorrect VIN identifier. Shockingly poor service. Their "customer service representatives" dodge phone calls, speak to the customer condescendingly, and offer to assist with warranty repairs without actually doing so. This is a sham-shop. My best advice would be to save your money by spending more of it on a quality piece of equipment somewhere else. The products are terrible, but the service is worse. You are warned. Hands-down, no hyperbole, worst experience I have ever had with any company. UPDATE: In reply to the managements response to my critique: Statements such as this by a company: "Please understand, in order for us to assist, we need some cooperation from the customer in order resolve any issues." are a strong reason to take your business somewhere else. Any company that would sell you a product, have that product fail in a number of ways, promise to make a warranty replacement request from their manufacturer, fail to follow-through with that promise, and then criticize the customer who paid them isnt worth your hassle. I also want to update those of you out there on my second issue (the first being the shockingly poor quality of the merchandise). At this time, I have provided photographs to Superior Powersports that demonstrate that the VIN number for the documentation they gave me DOES NOT match the VIN plate. They have indicated that it will take roughly 3 weeks to get a replacement MCO for my scooter. I do not have high-hopes that they will be doing so. A mis-titled vehicle has significant insurance and legal issues associated with it. I can appreciate how frustrating working for a company like this must be for the employees, however management/ownership should take a certain pride in their work. Finally: dont be fooled by the 3.1 star review average. Look at the number of 5s and 1s. It seems VERY suspicious that there are VERY few 4s 3s and 2s. Could it be that the company is padding its own reviews with 5s, not so creatively forgetting to create a normal distribution???
