Our son just got into the sport of BMX a few weeks ago. Hands down this is a quality bike shop. We drive all the way from Long Beach. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer all our questions. One thing I really appreciated is that they ask for your opinion and what your wanting to do... rather than trying just sell stuff. Also, there were other kids in the store.. and the guys were great with handing out stickers and high fives and talking bike talk with the little guys. To a mom that means alot. Every employee, Ryan, Dino, John, Mike.. just so willing to help. I left knowing more about bicycles that I ever have. Our son is only six, but just wants to ride all the time. Yesterday, we had some questions about wheels and John went the extra mile and answered all our questions. Later that afternoon we went out to the track... proud to say the boy took first place. I dont think he could of done that without the help of Fullerton Bike shop. I just wanted to give a great BIG THANK YOU to the ENTIRE team over at Fullerton Bike Shop. THANK YOU!!! The Flores Family

This place represents all the aspects of a well run business, excellent costumer service, extensive knowledge and willing to go the extra mile. Anthony, Mike a pleasure to deal with. You guys have earned my business. This was my 1st bicycle purchase and look at many shops and yeah they have the know how but they try to up sell so much the just makes you wanna leave, but when I came to Fullerton Bicycles. Anthony took the time to hear me out and show me many options and at any time never felt like he was trying to up sell. Mike I spoke to him over the phone and the same way excellent communication. A must place to shop for your bicycle needs.

Genuine guys who love and know biking with some of the best brands in the business. What more can you ask for out of a bike shop? These guys have it all and have great pricing. For a quick fix or a new bike, Fullerton Bikes is your place. Theyll shoot you straight and fix what you need. Like an older brother looking out they might even suggest something else to fix that you didnt know you needed to ensure your rides continue without a hitch. Why, because they genuinely want you to enjoy the trails or the pavement as much as possible. Ive been there more times that I can count and they have always been a welcoming group of guys.

Mike and Anthony were extremely helpful and educated me about the bikes and components while helping me choose the best bike for my budget. I would highly recommend this shop to friends and anybody looking to get into cycling. They have BMX, cruisers, mountain bikes, road bikes, and hybrid commuters, all of which looked solid for a good price. The service that came with my bike is what really drew me to come back to purchase. They were not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. My bike came with a one year service warranty. That was just icing on the cake.

I dont like this place. The salesman act arrogant and cocky.......like i dont know anything and how dare i ask. I get ignored most of the time when i go in. The last time i went in was for inner tubes and pedals and maybe front forks for my bike.I walked out with some cheap tubes and bad feeling towards this place again. The salesman let me stand by the back of the store for 20 minutes until i just decided to pay for my cheap tubes and leave. he did suggest some parts after i told him again what i needed but he still didnt look interested. And i had to push him for that!

Cant deny that they are very knowledgeable and helpful, but on two the last three major tune-ups they have left a major component of the bike unfinished ( unrideable) which means they are not test riding the bikes to make sure they function properly before the customer takes it home. It is a real pain in the ass to bring the bike back and forth. This time they didnt reconnect the crank!

Awesome Shop! Dont waste your time anywhere else if you are looking for quality products. The guys there do not work on commission, no pressure to buy. They will work with you on finding the right bike for you! Nothing but quality products in this shop. You obviously get what you pay for, so no Target or Walmart bikes here. Products that will take a beating and last a long long time!

Got an excellent price on a giant e-bike, although there was a delivery snafu from the giant warehouse, Mike was able to obtain the large frame size from another cycle shop and get me up and running that same day! Employees are knowlegable and are very helpful on ordering accessories (needed fenders for the Giant Full-E +1). Highly recommend this bicycle shop!

nice shop with a good selection of parts. very friendly staff not pushy when u just want to browse for awhile. I live in vegas but have visited this shop 3 or 4 times in last few years and always made small purchases because enjoy the friendly vibe. too many bike shops treat u like crap if u arent there to buy a 3k bike that instant lol ! highly recommend !

I was on my way to the train station and got a flat on my brand new bike. Thankfully these guys were on the way so I stopped right in with my bike. They were able to switch out the tube in no time flat and I was on my way (still on time) to my train. The expedience and service impressed me! I will definitely be coming back to these guys! After Some Miscommunications, Things have gotten cleared up. The Owner Mike has great customer service skills. Took my bicycle to get fixed cause it was slipping. got my bicycle back a week later. still had the same problem. took it back. Mike personally saw over the repair of my bicycle in a timely manner. happy with the repairs & maintenance.

They are over priced on there service..ill take my biz else where!! hidden cost , extra cost..i was dissapointed thought they were straight up heard from a friend they were till I went there..over charged on the service I was really upset when I got the final bill ill go somewhere else for now on I m buying another bike but not from them!!

I have to agree with Michael, you get the sense that the place is more of a hangout for the employees and helping customers is secondary and an inconvenience for them. They have a good selection of stuff if you know what youre looking for. But if you need help or are buying a few low $ items they dont seem to thrilled to have to help you.

I havent bought too much from their store because they seem to be a bit more expensive than Performance. But this is expected because they arent a huge chain. HOWEVER, when I was out on the trails and had a problem I went straight there and they told me my chain just needed some lube. They lubed it up for free and sent me on my way =)
