What a terrible experience! I purchased a beach cruiser as a surprise birthday present. The site says the item will be shipped the next day, however my bike was never shipped. I called over 10x, no one ever picked up. I left 5 voice messages, no one called me back. I sent 4 e-mails and got one response stating that they are in Europe and "will look into my order." Again there was no follow up. Strongly recommend buying from another company! Worst customer service Ive EVER experienced. Business is a scam!!

I received my bike 2 weeks late and had to call everyday and bug them about it, i still have yet to receive my basket for my bike and now when i call no one answers! This place should be shut down i paid in full for my bike and basket, worst purchase ive ever made i highly recommend purchasing from a different business unless you want to call everyday telling them to ship your merchandise

obviously alot of bad review about this Benny Bike store... they dont contact back, their phone # is to tech support related to computer. Obviously a SCAM!!! it should shut down and I flagged this scam to return my $. also look at the pic I took post and noticed it always closed!

Was going to order 2 bikes until i saw all the BAD reviews & the outrageous bike prices!!! seems as though they could care less about their business. Sounds like scammers to me especially when a business does not reply to ALL the negative feedbacks. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

ZERO! Took over a month for me to contact them about my bike, which I paid for in full. They tell me that they charged me the wrong amount for shipping and now my order was going to be twice as much! What a waste of time, would never order from them again.

Just picked up a couple of Beach Cruisers, they are awesome. Call and talk to Alicia, she is great to deal with. Bikes are easy to assemble, they come 80% done. If you are local, call before you go they are not always siting at the store.
