Great Experience! My 4 year old son just started riding his bike without training wheels today. Needless to say, hes really excited and had been riding his bike hard. The chain came loose and wouldnt stay on. So I called these guys and the lady was really nice and pleasant over the phone. She gave opinion that it was a really easy fix and would cost next to nothing. It was about 4pm and I wanted to know if I could still come in before they close at 5pm to get the bike fixed for my son whom was thrilled to ride without training wheels. I also knew that it would be difficult to get the bike fixed for my son during the week, and chances were he would badger me for his bike after school everyday. I came in, they took a look at bike and asked me to hang around. While waiting, I drove about 10 mins up the street and back. By time I came back, bike was done and sitting waiting for me. The very nice gentleman explained to me what he did to fix, he lubed it, adjusted the tire pressure, and told me no charge. Although the lady had told me on the phone it would cost $0 - $5, I had still at least expected to pay at least $5. Needless to say, great first experience! Although there are at least 2 or 3 bike shops between my house and this store, I have just saved this store as my go-to store in the future for any bike needs. Not only were they willing to take my sons bike and fix it late on a Sunday afternoon when no one else would, they did it for no charge! Thanks guys! :)

Papa has always been nice to me since he opened. I have been going there for 3 years and has always been helpful. Whether it is adjusting my brakes or getting a new bike he takes the time to see what is best for me. Alot of times my friends and I just go in and hang out. Thanks for all your help!

They have a great staff and always are looking to help. They have a good selection from the inexpensive to the uber pricey but you get what you pay for in the realm of bikes. They have good quality stuff here. The tune and clean for 150 is a great deal.

my bike got lighter after replacing the spokes and I can feel the difference plus they change the the chain and clean and lube the components. my bike is better than new. very friendly people. they love what they do.
