Not friendly at all.I paid him 200 dlls.to do a tune up to my bike.put a new set tubes to the tires.when he finish I took my bike and hang it on my garage.then like 3 weeks later I noticed that both of the tire were very low in air.so I took it to him and then he answer that I must to drive it and get it flat.so I explained to him what I did,then he said no,no,n,,no.and I just noticed that the tubes dont even look new.I will never go to his shop again for servive.

I took two bikes to be tuned up for a trip to Yosemite. The turn around time was a couple days. I was also looking for a bigger bike for my 6 year old son. They had some good used bikes, but we ultimately settled on a new bike that is very light and cool. We all had a blast riding in the Valley for a week. Best of all, the proprietor keeps his posted hours. Not all local shops can boast that! Ill continue to support Bicycle Sam.

Their knowledge of bicycles and a persons needs was astounding. Even more so, was their willingness to share that information. They care about their craft and the work they do, as well as, the people they are doing the work for. Best bike shop experience Ive had. Will be a faithful goer hence forth.

Cycles here are intermediate-to-professional grade and of good quality. However, owner seems to have attitude towards local teens who ironically are regular buyers. I recommend this cycle shop for those who take performance biking seriously.
