Ive been to just about every GameStop in the Sacramento area, and this store by far is the best. The people are always friendly, and theyre very well informed. They are always open for the midnight launches of major titles. Even at those odd hours they are efficient, friendly, and able to help you. Whenever Ive had issues with a game (bad disc/cartridge, etc.) the staff has been able to work something out quickly. Not only that, but they play the games they sell. If you have a question about a game, almost without fail they have an answer for you. Go here especially if you live the K-Street, Arden, Greenback, Madison (near San Juan), or Sunrise locations. This store blows them all away combined.

Ive been coming to this Gamestop for something around fifteen years I believe, and ive become friends with many of the staff over the years. Suffice it to say that most of them have since moved on, but that doesnt diminish the excellent customer service that this store provides. Each and every time that ive had an issue with a product, which is very rarely, I have received professional and exceptional assistance. For anyone in the area, I would recommend this store above all others.

Ive been to a few Gamestops and the service has always been terrible, with the exception of this store. The staff are friendly, informative and willing to go out of their way to help you. Unlike other Gamestops, they dont try and sell you on other items, nor push you to reserve copies of upcoming games. I really appreciate the friendly, relaxed atmosphere they provide.

They are always very helpful and friendly and they are willing to have open conversation about their experiences with games they have played so that you can get a real idea of the title your buying. The store also has a very nice selection of titles for all the major systems.
