This use to be my favorite spot to purchase my 2 sons gaming needs for 7 years. Although they have decent customer service, their prices are ridiculously outrageous! I do not like the feeling of being "ripped off". But, thats EXACTLY what I received for the last time. What I was charged for a used ps4 was TOTALLY INSANE. No refunds on layaway, store credit only. Even if you show them the same thing priced almost $50 less elsewhere.
