i went there with my friend so he chould get an original xbox for a game he had. when i was there i saw super cheap games that work and when he called them they ansered right away no holding except when they cheked somthing that my freind asked them about. when we went there to get his xbox they asked the pepole to test the system to make sur it worked and while we wated we looked at the games for that xbox and they were really cheap like $2.00 for most of the used games. that place is way better then game stop (for most used games and cheaper not that i dont like game stop but dimpels i s better at costemer servise and they are really nice) we didnt have to hold for 30 min we called and a real person answered i am going to go there formost of my games for now on i strongly recomend you go there. if you have a supernintendo or one of the older systems i recomend you go there for games but they dont only have old games they also have modern systems and games for you. if you want a wii go ther and get one for $80.00! if you prove to me that they are horibale then go f*** your self. so go there for old and new games and systems

The staff thinks that the public is stupid and doesnt know their scam. They tell you they cant buy your game system and find any reason not to. They cant make enough money on the resell so they would rather rip you off on the games. They tell you they cant buy your games becaused they are scratched, but some of my games had never been played at all. So they say they are doing you a favor by giving you a penny or two for them when in actuallity they package them up in plastic, which you can not open to check out before you buy. And they make $2.96 -$3.96 profit and you get the shaft. I have marked my used game cd/dvd s so i can go thru and see how much they are going to sell them for and ill blow the whistle on these bitches. And the b____ told me to buy a ps1 i had to have 1controller and all hookups before she could buy it,i gave the one controler and the hookups for it and she still refused to buy. The place is one big ripoff. Dont let them fool you. Go to gamestop. Youll be better off in the long run!

We recently bought the Aerosmith Guitar Hero game for the Wii and my Girlfriend found a song she hasnt heard for some time on it. Well the Nine Lives album it was on was proving difficult to find and I wanted to give it to her for Valentines Day. I was on hold with places like Target and WalMart for 20-30 minutes with no help! I called Dimples (one ring, they answered!) and they had it used in excellent condition and for just 5 bucks! vs. $15 + shipping online. The guy grabbed the copy off the shelf and held about an hour for me behind the front desk! Once I got there I was certainly impressed with the lay out and selection the shop had to offer. It reminded me of a Tower Records I worked at prior to their closing. The prices were unbeatable, to the point where my budget allowed for another used CD in Mint Condition! Thanks again to the Staff at the Citrus Heights Location. Ill probably shop no where else from now on for all my entertainment needs! Mike T. Citrus Heights

I dont like the change they made, I dont mind it, but it makes it difficult to find movies, when the dvds are not face front displays, I get that it helps make more space, when its a side display and for the books now, but it takes forever for me to find what Im looking for, but I like finding used dvds and stuff, and they have some cool knick knacks, I just dont like the atmosphere I guess, makes me feel uncomfortable but it doesnt change the fact its a cool place to go too, service seems ok not to my liking but it matches there shtick I guess, lol.

I like going to Dimple every once in a while. I like the feeling of nostalgia from the days of perusing record store aisles when I was young. Dimple some times feels a little sterile as compared to the old Tower Records chain, but the are still in business and Ive gotten some really good deals and discounts using the membership card. The staff seem nice but are good at letting a person kinda wonder around and not smothering him/her. I appreciate that. Overall its a nice business. Bring back more vinyl! At affordable prices!

They have everything! So if you are looking good for that hard to get movie, video game or music, these guys will have it. They can also special order you what your looking good for if they dont have it in stock. There is a gag gifts section with really odd funny things like Pokey and Gumby, Donald Trump toilet paper and they even had a cackling Hillary doll. Trade in your old music or movies for credit, if you have never been to Dimple, you should check it out.

Great prices and products. I love this store so much it has every artist I can think of when it comes to music, on so many different platforms, as well as movies, books, and video games. Plus not to mention their random little items and classic candies they have at the counter that get me everytime.

Of all the Dimple locations, this one is by far my favorite. They have the biggest variety, nicest staff and customers, and I even found a few drum and bass vinyl singles there (which are impossible to find in sacramento).

Love this store.. Employees are helpful and fun!! This location still has the old "record store" feel to it... Unlike the roseville location... BRING ALL YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION.. THEY DESERVE IT!!!

This place is fantastic for anything. This is a great place for last minute gifts, a nostalgia trip or just a nice place to find records and video games. Dimples is the best by far

This store is much better than big chains like Barnes & Noble. The employees do more than just sell books and movies, they know and love what they sell. Its a really good place.
