I have been going to GameStop for over 3 years and all of the employees have taken the time and effort to 1)memorize my name 2)stop what they are doing and help customers 3)make special deals for the customers And thats not all, I just dont have the time to type all of that. Everyone have a nice day.

I bought my son a ps4 for his big 10 bday... And it had a glitch in the system... But they helped us out gave us a discount on a game, and exanged the system... Thanks good service is hard to find!

Great customer services , I bought a used game and when I got home I noticed it was scratched , so I took it back then superviser gave me a brand new game for my troubles !
