I prefer this store over most others in the area for a variety of reasons but, unfortunately I usually reserve my big shopping for Sunday because of my schedule and it always seems that on this day there on hand stock is depleted especially in produce is depleted and most any other day check out is relatively quick but on Sundays all departments are short staffed even check out. The cashiers are whiny and the customer service is low. I expect a greeting from the cashier and would hope the would express the total assist in loading groceries into my cart and done kind of parting comment. Have a nice afternoon, Thanks for coming in, Do you have everything?, Are you next time. Thank you! Something personable. In this day and age where more people are resorting to online shopping This business relies on return customers that are their for the experience of that personal interaction please take notice of guest and let them know you would like them to return. Perfect example is Nordstrom s when I walk in their store they know my name verses Macys where I can stand at a counter for 20 minutes and never be acknowledged.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Really bums me out because it is so close to my home but its awful. Employees are unhelpful idiots with attitude. They complain about their managers that berate them in front of customers. They move at glacial pace. There is more space wasted in this store than anything I have ever seen. They have twice the space of other Walmarts and half the inventory. There is never a time that you can go there and not be bombarded with boxes in aisles and stockers trying to plow over you to stock the shelves which are always empty. I have been to this store now 4 times. Every time it has been a painful experience thanks to the disorganization and tonights exception came from 2 employees (hoise, marqese) that actually didnt mind walking me to an aisle to try to find an unstocked item that 6 other people had just pointed me in opposite directions looking for it myself. I feel bad for those 2 guys because it would seem that amidst a sea of morons, they are the only ones that have their heads screwed on correctly.

Went to Walmart for a quick purchase and ran into an employee named Chander, while we met in electronics I think he works at the pickup desk. I noticed that the price for an item was $15 more in the store than what I saw online with the walmart app, and placed an in-store pick up for the item. When I met Chandler I asked him how fast these went through, he explained usually within 15min. He then planned with me a way a could continue shopping and he could find me when the item was available for pick-up. After 30min the item was not ready and I had to leave, Chander was extremely remorseful that the item wasnt ready yet, and I left for my plans. While I was about to leave the parking lot, I suddenly got a call from Chander saying the item was ready and he would be willing to run it out to me, so as to not intrude on my schedule. This employee continued to go above and beyond the call of duty for customer service, and deserves much respect for all he pushes. He made my visit worth it, and I will continue to go to this walmart because of him.

It is about what you would expect. My main complaint about these guys is that when they are out of stock of an item on the shelf that you really need and you took the time to drive to their store and purchase, when you ask an employee if they can please check in the back, 9 out of 10 times, they say that if its not on the shelf then they are out of that item..... I know better than that, a huge corporation like Walmart keeps sufficient stock on hand but tends to hire a lot of lazy lazy people. The only employee that has given great service is Mike in the electronics department, he always goes above and beyond and quite honestly, he is the only reason I keep coming back to that particular store.

I came here today with my family and saw something I havent seen for awhile. A dedicated employee taking her own time to keep wal-martians safe! Thank you Bridgette from the jewelry department for taking your own time to help keep the aisles clean. It was clear you were on your own personal time (since you had ALL of your stuff with you!) standing at that spill. Walking back and forth with my three year old I saw you there waiting for other employees for over 5 minutes before I went up to say something to one of the employees at the front. You gave your store 5 stars!!

I dont know why anyone would suggest that this store doesnt have any merchandise because I am always stunned with the amount of merchandise that is located on site. The last time I went in there they had 15 or so types of olive oil, for heavens sake. I hate the fact that the city of Rocklin wouldnt allow them to be a 24 hour operation, but they didnt. The store is huge, by the way. The only problem I can say is its nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone when you call. But, thats with every business nowadays!

First off AWESOME location across from In-n-Out. Huge parking lot, lots of optional food and shopping near by. When you walk in they have a McDonalds inside with Wi-Fi. They have an Eye center and I believe a hair salon. Also a money gram, comes in handy. Usually friendly staff, not very helpful though, pretty clueless when it comes to products, and product availability. Over all not a bad experience, for Wal-Mart lol.

I really like this walmart.....I never used to like Walmart at all. Cant share that reason publicly. But anyway, the reason the lighting is a litter dimmer is they have energy savers. What happens is when there isnt any activity in that part of the store, the light goes out. Very smart concept...Motion sensors... Saves them money, saves us money. We all win. Love Your Store...

I shop here in the mornings and during the week. Less crowds and traffic here in this location as to the Roseville stores. Prefer heading to the north end of Rocklin for any shopping I need to do. And the Crossings Rd. store has everything that the other stores have. This spot is growing every day and has lots of choices of food eateries too. Great for seniors during the day.

This is a very customer friendly store. I love the staff What a place to be. Also SHOUT OUT TO ANDRE in the shoe dept. The best ive seen in years. Go to other walmart, shoes are messy. Here its a whole different story. Everything is neat and orginized. As if the shoes have a dictator they obey. Have fun. And enjoy life and this store while you can. ☺

Its a Wal-Mart. Most things are made in China and are incredibly cheap. They have driven wages down by using cutthroat competition. They have homogenized Americas shopping experience by destroying anything with a local flavor. Good bye America, welcome globalism. If your cool with that, continue to shop here. If not, please shop at a union store.
