I went in this store on Wednesday July 30th and I asked someone that was holding a pack of printer paper in their hand (a person that worked there) where something was, he blatantly ignored me and I asked him again and he ignored me once more. There were customers in line who saw how rude the person that worked there was toward me by ignoring me, so as a last result in attempt to get help from someone , I went to the copy center , and asked her where the blank DVD media was. She showed me and she is the reason why I am giving my overall rating a 2 stars instead of one, because she made me feel somewhat better about walking in the store but I felt so bad about the whole experience that I went to Best Buy to get my blank DVD disks and get a better deal there for $9.99 then what they were charging for 10 disks. Maybe the way I dressed was the reason someone ignored me and thought I did not have enough money to spend in their store but I ended up spending over $50 at the other store and Staples could have made a sale being polite to me in the first place.

I called yesterday to ask if they had a paper cutter available for customers to use. A guy said yes, so I went up there this morning. The girl, who identified herself as the manager, has a long way to go. She persisted in saying, yes, we have one, but its not for customers. I showed her the dozen pages I was working on for Kindergarten, but didnt offer to make an exception and allow me to cut them when I informed her of the misinformation I received on the phone.. She laughed at my using the word printer ribbon and I felt it was a laugh AT, not with. The girl at the register, Morgan, was good in talking me down by acknowledging that, yes, this was not good service. Tell this manager she needs to go back to the trenches. EVERYTHING is for the customers. I spent $170 there, knowing that her bad service was an aberration, Ive had good service in the past ,

Try not to go here if you are thinking about using their copy service. Look on yelp, its bad, its been bad. I went here today and experienced it firsthand. Bottom line they dont want to help and will make you feel like a big bother to them.

Before Amazon Prime, this used to be my go to place for office supplies. Good for browsing and checking things out IRL but honestly. Its really cheap online and you dont have to go anywhere. Click!

They certainly have the best business card prices but couldnt honor the turn around time. I frankly dont care if you are busy and have Christmas cards to print, you shouldnt false advertise.

Ive really not had a bad experience. Just sometimes you have to track someone down for help. But thats the way it is at most stores. They always have the ink for my printer.
