I just bought a refrigerator from Sears Outlet and this will be first and last purchase from them. Ive bought appliances in the past before from Sears but not Sears Outlet and I never received horrible service. Heres the story I had asked at the time of purchase for them to switch the fridge handles for me and the saleswoman had made note for them to do so. We also purchased a warranty from them that covers the fridge for 3 years in case of any defects, etc. When we received the fridge the handles were not switched. I called in and asked if they could send someone over to switch it for us. The lady who handled our call was extremely rude and she said she would need to talk to someone to see if they could do it for us. She promised us a callback on Monday and of course we never received one. This leaves me wondering, why even purchase the warranty if they cant even come through with helping their customer switch a handle? Whats going to happen in the case that I need a major repair? This has left me with a horrible taste in my mouth after dealing with Sears Outlet. Purchase but dont expect any support.

I came in to purchase a stove. I was helped by Sean who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We had to deal with Sears Credit customer service to make the purchase and they were a bit difficult to work with. However, Sean went well beyond what one would consider typical to ensure that the purchase was successful and all possible discounts were applied. He demonstrated great patience with Sears credit for the sale to be successful. I would really like to see District staff recognize Sean for his customer service. An "atta-boy" is nice but his kind of customer care is EXACTLY the best demonstration of customer service that retailers need today. I would say that his time helping me did not detract from other customers and their purchases. During the time I was there, incoming customers and their purchases were handled in a courteous and timely manner. My thanks goes out to Sean - Hope you are listening Sears management...

My wife purchased an electric cooker from this store. She was sold an electric lead to go with it. When she got home and we read the installation instructions for the cooker the first paragraph said "Must be installed by a qualified electrical technician". We examined the lead they had given us and it was for a dryer so we had to go back to get the correct one, when we did that my wife asked about installation assistance only to be told the store could offer no assistance or even recommend anyone to us. This is appalling customer service, if not borderline illegal. How can they knowingly sell someone an appliance with parts which need professional assembly skills without either pointing this out to the customer or supplying names of tradesmen who can help? We will never shop there again and unless you are an electrician/builder/plumber and able to do all your own installation work to code I suggest you do not either.

DONT SHOP HERE! Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had trying to buy a simple refrigerator. They delivered 2 fridges, both non-working requiring time setting appointments to fix and the manager of the Sacramento outlet couldnt care less. Contrary to what they tell you, none of these appliances are "serviced by our skilled technicians" prior to being placed on the floor for purchase. If they had serviced either of these, they wouldnt have been sold. Period. Bottom line, shop elsewhere and sack up and pay for a new one. I learned the hard way. If this is the best Sears can do, its no wonder theyre are the most irrelevant retailer in the country. Absolutely, absolutely inexcusable.

Terrible experience. Found a refrigerator online listed as floor model, called the store to check on the condition, was told the condition was good very light scratch hardly visible, bought item online, rented Uhaul trailer, appliance dolly, and furniture pads for $60, drove over an hour, just to find out the girl on the phone described the wrong refrigerator and ours was actually in poor condition. Huge size difference, not an easy mistake to make. The manager took over 15 mins to determine he could give us $50 off one in decent condition for their mistake and our inconvenience. Huge slap in the face, left with nothing. Will never shop here again.

This is definitely one of a very wrong places to buy. The service is terrible and their manager is just the worst example of that. This guy is not just rude, he is RUDE! Dont expect even simple apologizes for a deliberately misleading information. If you didnt agree to their hype you can go, nobody is interested in a customer who asks questions. Once you paid, they dont even bother to pack your items in a plastic bag. Take them if you like into your pockets. Bottom line: go to another store - Lowes or Home Depot perhaps.

Good experience. Went in to see a fridge I’d found online to see the scratches and dents in person. They match prices listed on the Sear Outlet website. My sales associate was a little slow and had to try three cash registers to check me out, but the store manager was great to work with. Delivery was fast and easy. They were even responsive and accommodating on the washer and dryer I had to return, and I was promptly refunded. Would definitely do business with them again.

We were referred to this store because we had heard that there were great deals. It took well over 30 minutes just to get someone to help us answer a few questions. Incompetent people working behind the counter. The management is unwilling to deliver any customer service to prospective buyers. They also ended up doing 3 different transactions and charging my credit card twice. Save your time, money, and patience and go somewhere else.

I will never buy from this store again. Their delivery people we rude. did not come with the hook up and in spite of many phone calls and promises they finally showed a week late. Very unhappy with them. They just replace my new dryer (other new one Burned out) with one that is half the price of the one I bought. The office is rude. They say they will call you back. They Dont.

Came into sears looking for cheap Washer and dryer set. I was helped by a young girl who was a sales associate and she helped me find a new in box washer and almost new used electric dryer. She was able to answer every question i had and made my purchase simple and quick. Will gladly return again. Steve was very helpful loading my appliances for me. Thank you again.

Dont shop here they sold me a broken washing machine and when they sent me a repair technician out to my house the technician told me he needed to order a new motor but he never came back. My machine wont spin at all and just blinks an error code. I now have to hire a lawyer to get my money refunded because they refuse to take my calls or send me a repairman.
