If you like people SLAMMING at your door for half an hour for a payment, rent from this place. If you like I getting calls 7 minutes after opening and then 6 times a day, rent from this this place. If you like getting customer service that is sub-par and is basically juvenile, rent from this place. I was literally in the store for 20 minutes longer than I wouldve been because the employees joked with themselves. Im all for humor in the workplace, but this was like walking into a high school study skills class. I give this a second star only because the laptop I rent from there actually works.

will never rent from this store again. had two appointments for a repair man to come and look at the washer we went renting on both times they did not show or even call. when we went in to pay washer and dryer off the lady was very unpleasent to us.

I had a much more pleasant customer experience than the last review. The folks here are very friendly and they really make you feel welcomed. They were not at all aggressive about sales, so polite! Especially Martha and Frank!
