This store has gone downhill fast. Rudest clerks ever. Arguing amongst themselves on who would pull product for holds or for other stores. Said they should of told them they didnt have it, since it was a waste of their time. They even made fun of a deaf customer, who had to do an exchange. Because of a language barrier, as she walked out the door they started making fun of her. So I could only imagine what they say about other customers, if they having speaking difficulties. Or mental disabilities. Weve gone to this store twice since moving to Sac. Id rather drive up to my hometown in Placerville to get my games. Than support a store that hires arrogant jerks.

Great Store. They had just the stuff I wanted and the service was great. In the same plaza, they have Ross, Marshalls, Radio Shack, and Target. Not very far away theres a Korean market, a Kohls, a Walmart, and a 99 Cent Only. Only word of warning, theres a nasty red light camera near by, so be really careful or the city will rip you off big time!

I went into game stop today just looking to get an new ps3 game. I was considering upgrading my system. The sales associate Silas was very helpful and knowledgeable on both the Ps4 and Xbox one. I decided to upgrade my system and Silas went above and beyond to accommodate my wants and gaming needs. Five stars Silas, Thanks again for all your help.

This is the GameStop of Sacramento. No other GameStop compares. Dennis and team should be the showcase store for GameStops across the country. Drive the extra 10 minutes and experience what a video game store should be. Bring your questions and comments and hang out for a bit. This place is the best!

Ive been going to this store since 2008 and Ive never and a poor experience with the employees or other customers. They guys there are by far the most insightful and respectful group Ive dealt with. Pre-order info and store knowledge is top notch and I nothing but nice things to say about them.

I ordered online to pick up in the store to avoid the wait in the regular line was not worth it I had to wait in the regular line as everyone else. I should have just went to the store and got the game. I should have had it shipped to the house for free to avoid the wait in line
