Its a computer warehouse, it aint no retail store. Used cheap, worn down electronics, but still working. I wouldnt call it worn down to be honest, but its most likely all used electronics. But this place ("oh my"), this place was heaven to me! Computers, TVs, Computer Accessories, and even some Computer Parts; they had everything that I would expect from a warehouse! This place was my new candy shop. It sucks that they dont sell CPUs or motherboards, that was my purpose of coming to that store, but business is business. Anyways, If you want to find electronics, furniture, appliances, etc. cheaper than retail, come and check this place out. Prices are reasonable, and he gave me an offer of getting a i7-2600 workstation for $350 (low specs, but great cpu and can be upgraded) on the spot; to bad I turned it down when I went there due to lack of funds (But will comeback most definitely). Definitely worth coming here as a PC enthusiast looking to save money.

If youre looking for the shiney new Best Buy experience this is not it. I needed a inexpensive computer for a home office and they had exactly what I needed, an all in one, for about $200. The service was great and helpful and the gentleman also helped carry the computer out to my car. He asked me where I learned about his store and I told him google. He mentioned he was surprised because most of his customers are from referrals and acknowledged that there were some negative google reviews. I told him that was fine an I read those but I was still willing to check it out, and I was glad that I did.

THIS STORE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF BUYERS BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD LOOK AT THE FIRST REVIEW THEY SAID "LAY AWAY" YEAH RIGHT THAT REVIEW LOOKS LIKE AN AD OR PROMOTIONS YOU AND I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE WROTE THAT REVIEW.THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $90 BUCKS TO PUT UPGRADE RAM INTO MY NOTEBOOK LOL.OK KNOW THIS IS HOW YOU UPGRADE THE RAM TURN OVER THE NOTEBOOK ITS ONE SCREW TAKE OUT OLD RAM INSTALL NEW ONE .JUST WANTED TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY WOULD CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THAT ONLY TOOK ME LESS THAN 4 MINUTES TO DO

I JUST called this place looking for a power supply for my netbook. The guy Kyle is EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. Ill never shop there and Ill be sure to tell all my contacts the same. He "quoted" me 50$ for a part that I can purchase for $10.79. If youre thinking of doing business here, stop right now. Find somewhere else. A place that runs a scam like this should not be in business. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS (I own and manage my own store, if that makes the impact of my review hit a little harder)

by far lacking on initial customer service. probably due to all of us grazers who repeatedly and often just come too look. with that said, I recommended these guys quite a few times and havent had any complaints or negative feedback beyond the tuff exteriors these guys put up which is usually diffused with a smile... great pricing most times too!

I have been to this store on numerous occasions as has my brother. We have both purchased hundreds of dollars worth of equipment and have been very satisfied. This is not the store to go to if you are not educated about computers or how much they normally cost. It is a great store to pick up second hand equipment for great prices.

Ive visited Hi Tech many times but its not unusual for me to leave without purchasing anything. Ive grown to browse their mechandise. Its not liquidation-pricing on everything, dont be fooled by its name. But if you look carefully (and spread your visits out) you might find something that keeps you coming back... like me :)

This place is way over priced for pc parts selling computers worth 50.00 retail for 5x value. Please no one shop here for second hand computers or parts unless you educate yourself on prices both ebay and amazon have far better deals. The only thing is their monitors for 40.00 is a good deal.

Great service for me.. Bought an all in one PC. Great current specs. Under $200. Keep in mind. All these Craigslist sellers may be $50 cheaper, but no warranty and some you cant even test. He even helped me carry to my car.. Ill be back here.. System works flawless and extremly fast.

the prices in comparison to many electronics is maybe 10 to 15 bucks to a NEW one from newegg or amazon. and some computer parts are way overprice. Also as others have stated. The customer service could use the improvement.
