They dont have a computer thats accessible to their customer, they jammed me in the que, I have been waiting for an hour now, for one of these customer service walking around like pregnant cows talking about last nights event. They said I could foward couple of email I needed to print for fax purposes and theyll print it out. I emailed it to them, little I knew few other people waiting for same damn emails. Guy takes half an hour per customer, rest of us waiting. I already missed my lunch. Its the second hour , ill be late back to work coz they lied, damn. Cant complaint they might start crawling.

Printing services customer service was horrible. The two employees spent 10 minutes laughing and socializing before they could take time to tell me they couldnt make the 7 copies I needed because they were too busy. I was the only customer, and nothing was being printed. They were simply happy a giggly flirty moment with each other and didnt want to be bothered. I definitely miss office max here in Manteca, they were so much more focused on customer satisfaction.

I was always love buying there thumb drives over there. The store is sum what confusing always moving stuff around on me. I wanted to buy myself a cheap laptop chrome book computer from there it was not worth it but did not have any in stock at that point in time. So I had went over to target instead for that same exact make & model chrome book cheap laptop computer. I love there business chairs alot . :D

It is the most horrible, frustrating place to get copies and have printing jobs done. You have to wait 30 to 50 minutes in line with lazy and lousy copy and printing staff at Staples in Manteca Ca. They badly need to hire more staff otherwise they need to shut down Staples in Manteca. I would rather prefer going to UPS or Office Depot.....

I had a good experience with the sales tech Tina, she really was working her but off helping me, answering the phone and helping other customers. Unfortunately I feel they need more techs, this has been like buying a car...hours of waiting and going back and forth.

Customer service is poor, they never ask you if you need help or even try to make eye contact with you in the printing area. Their printing equipment is slow and always has issues. Fax machine is slow and doesnt work either.

Was trying to print some pages, and I had no idea what I was doing. Not even two minutes passed and someone came over and helped me without being asked! Very helpful!
