3 phones in 5 weeks. Terrible service. Young guy asking me where smart button is. I know nothing about smart button. Purchased phone wouldnt give me receipt. Hours in store with poor results. I am suspicious why they only have 1 phone of each kind. Called Verizon to complain...they said store may be selling refurbished phones. Asked me to post my experience online Store would not return to me my original phone...that is odd . I wanted a Samsung 7 told me they were not available. Yet Verizon is advertising this phone for $10/mth. Said they would order a screen protector for my trouble. 1 month later no one has called. Went to Verizon in Turlock. Very good service. Took them 15 minutes vs 90 minutes. Dont ever go there. I am registering a formal complaint .

First off I called at nine thirty, half an hour before the store opens. Frank the store manager answered and was extremely helpful From the get go. I went in because I wanted to edge up or upgrade which ever one was more beneficial for me. I was assisted by lauren whos customer sevice was phenomenal as well as Franks! They broke everything down for me in numbers. Note that I work sales as well so I asked many many questions and they had an answer and solution for each one. And for the cherry on top Verizon had failed to give me my military discount for almost four years now. Frank made sure it was finally done! I will definitely be returning and recommending their business!

These folks are great! While traveling out of state, my old phone died, and I came to Click Away Mobile to see what phones are available. Frank Cauthorn listened to my experiences and concerns, working with my wife and I for over an hour, demonstrating patience and professionalism. He was able to get me the perfect upgrade, a SAMSUNG Galaxy S5. I am very happy with my new phone, and wish that Verizon would use Click Away, and sales staff like Frank as a model for all their stores. My wifes last phone upgrade was not anywhere near this level of satisfaction, and we both wish we had gotten her a Samsung. This is a remarkable phone, and a great experience with this store!

Horrible Customer service. Ordered a screen on a Sat, told them I was gonna be out of town & needed it asap. I was told 1, maybe 2 days max. I was leaving the 3rd day. I called and Mon, no return call. Called Tues was told part not in. I asked them to check stat, they never called me back. Wed I called, since no one followed up work me & was told part still not in. Went on vacation & got home today, called them and was transferred around & told they cant do it until Wed! Are you kidding me! 2 yrs ago I ordered a phone for son for Xmas. I was told 2 days, it took over a week to come in and no one ever returned my calls or followed up with me. Go some place else!

I would not recommend that store. People there dont know how to do anything. We switched from AT&T to Verizon and we chose that store to do that for us and that was A HUGE mistake! Will not go over details but almost two month since then we still try to fix the mess they did with Verizons and AT&T procedures...

My roommate and I stopped in while we were having lunch at an adjacent restaurant. Salvador went above and beyond what a normal representative has EVER done.
