We bought 4 new tires on Friday with roadside protection plan ( an extra 40 bucks). Its now the following Tuesday and our low pressure indicator light is on so I call to talk to the tire department to get it looked at right away. Its 4:45pm. I wanna make sure theyre around before I drive over there. The automated voice greeting has no option for the automotive/tire department so I press "0" for operator. She tries to connect me but it just rings and rings and my call bounces back to her. She pages them, they do not pick up. Im on hold now for over 8 minutes. I hang up and call back this time asking for a manager. The operator recognizes me, does not apologize, but informed me of her previous attempts to connect me as if I were questioning her job?? Finally she tells me I can get you a manager now, so I hold again. The call gets dropped. Its now 5:15. This is getting ridiculous but Im a patient guy and just want my car fixed right. I call again wow, I get connected to a manager. She tells me "why dont you come in tomorrow a supervisor will be here" What the hell??? Im recommeding its best to go to a reputable tire shop or Costco. Some place that actually values a customer.

This was one of the worst walmarts I have ever been to. The customer service here is terrible. Last time I went I stood in the electronics dept. for 5 min waiting to two employees to finish looking up a bicycle for one of the ladies son. She knew I was standing there but thought that the bicycle was more important. That was very irritating. Then I tried to use a vendors coupon and it took 20 min for them to figure out whether I could use it. I had already used a similar coupon in the store twice before but suddenly there was a problem and it wasnt expired. This store may be going through a renovation but its the customer service that needs changing.

Everything was going well until we went to pay. The cashier that was checking us out didnt want to sell my girlfriend and I a bottle of wine because my brother didnt have his id on him. We told him that he was a minor and the wine was for us and not him "MD" the cashier made a huge deal and wouldnt sell it to us. When we asked to explain to us why he couldnt, i asked for a manager and the manager made us go outside and come back in to purchase the bottle when we came back in "MD" yelled at us to leave, we asked for the bottle of wine and he refused, he made us go all the way back and then to a different cash register to buy it. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

I know that everyone has had an issue with Wal-Mart not giving out bags anymore but that is the least of my worries. The only other bad thing is that they employees are very quick to ignore customers and are not very educated on where things are at in the store. On multiple occasions I have asked for help finding something and either got blown off or the person just said that they did not know and walked away. That is not good customer service if you ask me. Other than those two things the store needs to be cleaned better. Seems their floors are always mucky and sticky up near the front by the McDonalds that is inside.

I called this Walmart asking to return a game I had bought and the First Lady I talked to was very polite. Then some other employe picked the phone up and said, "who did you talk to" I replied with "I believe her name was _____" (I dont want to reveal the kind employes information) this lady then said "where does she work" so I told her "walmart" she then proceeded to give me attitude so I hung up. I called again to speak to customer service and she got all bitchy and refused to transfer me to customer service then hung up on me.

I would give Walmart a 4 star review if price was the only factor. You can get better price online shopping, but it isnt fair to compare a non-brick and mortar shop with their lower overhead to this. As far as grocery, I prefer Winco prices overall. Disappointed in the oil change here though. The two times I have taken my Pathfinder here, they failed to wipe off the oil that pooled up on a suspension bar, resulting in oil dripping on my garage floor. Did no have this problem at Speedee Oil Change.

This is my local store and l love it! I spend my money here, and lve always gotten good service. Once in a great while they dont have something lm looking for, but that doesnt happen often. If l want specific cuts of meat, l go to a butcher; otherwise, what they carry is fine. I always get good produce and quality dairy and eggs. As for the other departments in Walmart, they usually have what lm after. If by chance they dont, l just go on a hunting expedition to other places!

Pretty much one of the worst walmarts in the metro area, everyone is right. The employees have a physical and visceral reaction of disgust when you ask them to help you find something or return something. Expect them to complete their regular job within a reasonable time? Nope! If you have a load of time to waste and you enjoy be challenged to keep your cool then stop on by and try to complete any transaction in ANY department....terrible, terrible.

At least you will not get ripped off price wise at a Walmart. Likely near the best price, unless found for less on internet. However, dont expect 5 star customer service here when employees are probably getting 2 star pay (Part of the reason the prices are low). The grocery store is not impressive selection wise or price wise. Winco does better. Self check makes it easy to run-in, get a couple of items and check out fast.

Out of all the Walmarts in this area, this is one of the two that are the best. I live 18.5 miles away from this store but would rather go to this store then the one that is less then a mile away. Overall, Ive decided to get my groceries at Winco, like I use to prior to living near a Walmart. I rather drive the extra distance and get better food and service at Winco. For non groceries, I would recommend this store.

Theres not much more to add about Walmart that everybody doesnt know already. Huge store, great selection and pricing on almost everything you need. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is a great number of employees leave something to be desired, whether its being knowledgeable about certain things, or just being friendly in general. **Definitely NOT ALL employees, but some could certainly use some help.

Worst exp ever. I bought my wife a comforter set for valentines day. I get home and its missing some pieces. Bring it back and they say sorry theres nothing we can do we dont have anything left in that size and they didnt even try to do anything to make me happy. They just looked at me with a puzzled face waiting for me to leave. Thanks a lot folsom walmart wont be shopping there again.
