We are so impressed by the new owners of the Sears in Grass Valley. The new owners, Allen Kratz and his wife, along with their staff were amazing helpful with a problem we had with some Craftsmen equipment. Not only were they prompt at responding at resolving the issue, they were all so professional, polite and helpful. Their customer service is such a welcome experience today. Thank you and good luck. We certainly recommend everyone to visit the Sears in Grass Valley, meet the new owners, and see the changes with added new products.

I called in asking about a craftsman chainsaw that needed repair got the run around on the phone tree to call different phone numbers. Then when I decided to talk to someone. The guy suggested another store gave me there info then hung up on me. With out saying good bye. Even there own customer service say to go somewhere else. No wonder sears is going bankrupt. Sorry I needed help and they offered non.

Fabulous!!! The salesperson Joe assisted me in picking out the fridg. Unfortunately, they didnt have the one I wanted in stock, so he gave me "such a deal" on the floor model without any hassles! Thanks Joe, will be back for a stove!

Terrible service, I highly recommend going through someone else. No call, no show, two weeks in a row. Management on the phone was very unhelpful and then hung up on me. I will never use Sears again and I advise you not to either.
