I pieced together an entire system and had it installed at the best buy in Folsom. $ speakers 4 channel amp 2 subs custom box and a mono block amp. This was my first system and didnt realize what i was doing. Shortly after all was installed i started having issues i had noise through my speakers things were broken and things were not put back together right. After that i found a different car audio shop in roseville that i started going to and thats where i met charles the current owner of mobile evolutions. Through them i was able to realize what good quality work was and what things are supposed to look like when they are finished being installed. Charles does grade A work the best i have seen. A series of my friends also went to places like Hangtown sound and were unpleased with the quality of work. If you decide to invest in a quality setup for your ride this is the shop to do it. You will quality work from a professional although he is young he knows a hell of a lot more then guy at any other car audio business. He provides friendly service and provides you with many options to choose from. I would recomend this place to anyone i assure you you will not be disappointed with the quality craftsmen ship they deliver. Even though its a 5 star system deserves 10 stars on the 5 star scale!!!! From my previous review i have since had a full custom system installed here. I am probably the most picky person ever when it comes to work being done to my vehicle. After i had my system installed i was blown away at the look and sound. everything was solid and most of all the cleanliness of the work was down right outstanding. This shop is the best in town if your looking for some beat then this is the place for you. Thanks Charlie for your most outstanding work!

My Wifes car has a Pioneer Z3 Nav/Stereo system in her 2007 Pontiac Torrentt. We recently took it in to our dealer for a heater core replacement which required removing the whole dash. When they put everything back together they wired the system wrong....and the dvd/cd and hard drive had no sound. She only had AM/FM sound. Wed originally had the unit installed by Hangtown Sounds...and had never really been impressed with the installation. So, we took the car to Charlie at Mobile Evolutions. This was our first experience with him. I have to say, it was a great experience. He was much more professional than hangtown. His store and work area were clean, he was very knowledgeable and I just felt comfortable right out of the gate with having him work on our system. My wife dropped the car off to him and a few hours later he called and had found the issue and fixed it. Also, when Hangtown installed the system, it was never really set in the dash evenly, and hung down a little on one side. Stuff like that always eats at me....Im kind of anal that way....to me, it has to look as good as it sounds. Anyway, when the job was done, the system was sitting in the dash even and square!!! I wish wed taken the system to him to install to begin with. Now I am thinking of taking my Blazer that also has a Pioneer BT90 Premiere because I had another Stereo shop in Diamond Springs install it and it also doesnt sit square in the dash. And, I think they totally over charged me for the installation to begin with. So, in closing.....thanks Charlie and Mobile Evolutions. You have our business from here on out!

I recently had a trip come up and thought it would be a perfect time to get my sound system in my new truck done. So I called up the only guy I trust with my cars, Charlie at Mobile Evolutions. I told him what I wanted to do and he made his recommendations and I simply said OK. Left my truck with him and his staff for the 3 weeks I was gone and trusted him on the design and all the fine details. He kept me posted while I was away and couldnt wait to see the final product. When I sat in my truck all I can say is wow! Everything was perfect and sounded amazing. I wouldnt expect anything less from Charlie. Got a New Kenwood 7" deck, front components, 5 ch amp, 2 12" subs in a custom box, Viper alarm with remote start, and a big smile on my face. I have followed Charlie throughout his career and he has done several of my cars. I can always trust him for a great quality job and his honesty. Now that he has his own shop I know exactly where to go. If you are in NorCal, the only place to go is Mobile Evolutions.

i had 2 12 inch subs in my car and wanted to up grade so went to hang town sounds and they couldnt even get me wire for three days, (just wanted wire, do alot of my own instals). I was a little upset with them and went driving around and found mobile evolutions, meet charlie and told him what i neededand he very politly corrected me on what i realy needed. he told me very thing i need and exactly how to do it. He is the only one i go to after his service, he has treated me very well and couldnt thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. Has answered all of my questions and everything i would need to upgrade my system. has built some award winning cars and can do anything from mild to wild, have recommended him to everyone with any problems in his department. charlie knows his products. good work chrlie, keep it up.

A while back I took my car into Hangtown Sounds in Placerville. I purchased an amp and paid them to install it and my band pass box with speakers I purchased elsewhere. Paid them over $350 and got my car about 3 miles down the road and started blowing fuses, constantly. The wiring was horrible, wires everywhere hanging down and bunched up. So I put up with it for awhile until it eventually quit working altogether. Then I decided to see who else is out there and found Charlie at Mobile Evolutions in Shingle Springs. This guy knows his stuff!!! Hooked me up with a great deal on a new box and speaker (since the shotty job by Hangtown Sounds ended up blowing my sub) and he rewired my system so everything is CLEAN and looks very professional. I would (and already have) recommend these guys to anyone!!!

Was visiting family in the area and my car wouldnt start. I presumed it to be an alarm system problem since I recently had a remote start security system put in. Charles traveled to me to help fix the problem. Found out it wasnt even the alarm that was the problem and he still helped me solve the underlying issue. He even redid some of the original installers work to make it neater and more professional all at a very reasonable cost. Excellent quality and customer service. Visited their shop afterwards and were very friendly. Thanks guys for all the help! Would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing work. I took my 1970 Camaro to him to have a custom center console built. Did such an amazing job he is the only guy i go to for work to any of my cars now. Also had him install Power locks into my 93 Celica and wire it to my viper alarm which he also installed for me, Works like a charm! Works like factory locks. Very cool guy to work with, wont ever go anywhere else.
