Ive been to this RadioShack location on several occasions for items ranging to my cell phone and accessories to DVD players. The employees are always really helpful when answering questions and know their stuff. Im the type to really grill people to learn as much as I can before I maker a purchase, and everyone there is happy to help. Ive never gotten rude or irritated responses like I have in other stores. The manager there, Eric, has been especially patient and helpful. I look forward to visiting this store again.

Recently purchased a scanner and had a brain Storm trying to program ok I am not a rocket scientist! Called into branch spoke to Eric during a fortunately quiet moment and he help me and wrote me some simple notes to program the beast. Thank you Eric you deserve all the customers you get if you look after them as well and as kindly as you did me today.

I made a visit to this store in a bit of a panic as I had a computer/USB issue for a job I was in town for. Eric at the store went above and beyond and helped resolve the issue, even going as far as researching the issue online and tweaking my computer to get my issue resolved. Couldnt be happier and am very grateful for the help!
