Bought a game for my kid a few weeks ago. When he got the game, it was the wrong version, so I went to return it. The return policy is full refund if returned within 7 days. I was unaware on the short return window and came back in after 10 days. As a result, they only gave me the exchange value vs. the return price, which was less than 20% than I had just paid ten days ago! And that was only good for store credit. If I wanted cash back, they keep an additional 20%! I know Im to blame for not understanding the return policy, but the entire experience left me feeling like a dollar sign for the store. Definitely sticking to online purchases for the future...

Not a whole lot of gaming options in the area. The gentleman that runs the place can answer pretty much any question about games old and new. They buy used games and other things. You could probably get more on Craigslist though. They also offer store credit which its generally more than the cash in hand they offer.

The staff here has always been extreemly helpful and knowledgable about any questioms ive ever had. They have gone out of tjere way to help is with request that is not a part of their job duties and I will always bring my business here instead of online or local competitors.

Every time I go in for an older game, not fresh out, the prices are $5- $10 more than their competition. They never try to match and I end up going somewhere else to get the deal. So I will not see myself going here any time soon.
