Very unsatisfied customer. "Customer return policy" does not compete with Amazons. Especially when trying to present proof of the purchase to return an item that has barely been opened. I was greeted and the second I mentioned I was returning an item I felt unwelcome and was treated as though I was trying to steal money by returning a product that doesnt meet quality expectations. I will not be spending another dollar at GameStop.

While service is slow sometimes (due to understaffing during peak times), the kids who work there know their stuff -both merchandise & store policy- and they clearly know ***and actually seem to give a damn about*** CUSTOMERS & CUSTOMER SERVICE! (OK, some of them are grown adults, but theyre kids just the same.) New & used games, trade-ins taken (although for pennies on the dollar), and special orders are all offered.

The people who work here are always super helpful and will go out of their way to explain things, look things up on their own devices and such, to let you see examples of products and reviews. I have always had a pleasant experience there, even when returning an item. They return my money promptly and with a smile.
