Im not usually one to gush about big box stores, but these guys do such a great job that the story has to be told. We moved from Iowa to start a job in the summer of 2016. After an absolute trash fire of an experience with a home purchase that eventually fell through two days before we were supposed to move in, these guys were total rock stars and helping us change dates for delivery, get things returned and get new things bought. The place where they went totally above and beyond was with helping us apply coupons and what not to our purchases. For instance, since the appliances come with a 14 day return policy after they are delivered, anytime the price dropped these guys would honor it, Including when a 10% off coupon came a week after things were delivered. They helped me return the stuff and apply the coupon so we can save a little bit of cash. Stephen, Micah and Christy were all incredibly helpful and made the experience really good. The selection here is what you would expect to find in any Best Buy but the customer service was what really blew us away. This is the place were going to be coming to get most if not all of our electronics going forward. keep up the great work!

Employees have a poor attitude, I asked a employee in electronics a question about a LG monitor. Befor I even finished with my sentence. "WE DONT HAVE THEM ANYMORE SEE THE BLUE STICKER THAT MEANS WE DONT HAVE THEM ON SHELF!" And then walked away and started talking with another Best Buy employee. It didnt get any better when I went to the register the ladys that work at the registers are rude. I usually dont do reviews. But the last 3 times Ive went into this store was a bad experience. I buy a lot of electronics. But Ill take my business elsewhere. Customer service is poor. Attitudes Are poor. Employees seem clueless when asked a question. I will never go back to this store agian.

I bought a Samsung S tablet 16Gb and an SD card. As Im checking out, the guy says, "Would you like Shutterfly, its free with the SD card". I said sure not thinking I would ever use it. Then I decided to order a Google Pixel tablet with twice the memory for about the same price. But, when I went back to go Best Buy to return the Samsung tablet and SD card, they said they couldnt refund $20 because I accepted the free Shutterfly. I was never informed that they would keep $20 if wanted to return the SD card. I even didnt open the email with the free Shutterfly. How is this legal? Talk about misrepresenting a "freebie".

I am trying to find out if they have a product available and have tried several different options on their automatic answering prompts and when the "system" transfer you to an associate you either get the phone company telling you your call cannot be completed as dialed or Best Buys automated system telling you, "Thank you for calling Best Buy--Goodbye". In other words there is no way to call before driving hundreds of miles to even find out if they carry a particular item, much less what the price is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 This is the Yakima, Wa.

I buy almost all my electronics from here. Ill be honest, once in a while some things do go out of hand with some prices but I dont buy them so why complain? d: Havent really had a single complaint. Staff is friendly and does help. Bought a 40" LG TV, UE BOOM 2, Moto X (2015), 2 Sets of Kicker Speakers, a Pioneer Car Stereo, RX 460 XFX 4GB, 400W Powersupply (Reminds me... Need to buy a new one with higher power wattage.... ), A Lenovo Laptop. Not bad really for what I bought them for. Lol And best thing of all? Price matching :D

I had a previous negative experience at Best Buy with an older sales associate which made me hesitant to return. Newton assisted us at the Yakima store today and he was one of the most helpful sales associates we have ever worked with!! He was professional, knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We will definitely return to Best Buy and ask for him when we need assistance with any of our next purchases!

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 from them online. Its a 800 dollar phone. Supposed to have free shipping. Its still not here. Its been a week. So much for 2 day shipping yeah? And the wait to talk to the manager was 2 hours? lmao no I know that game. Ive been in that business. The managers were all probably standing around talking and not wanting to be bothered. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. BTW the tracking on the shipping sucks d!ck too.

I have been a loyal customer for years!! I recently purchased a projector screen and waited for our living room to be remodeled before hanging it. When we went to hang it, it was WAY too big!! I thought "no problem Ill just return it for a smaller one"! Wrong! There is only a two week return/exchange policy!!! Now Im going to try to have to sell what I paid for it! I will really have to consider doing a purchase here again!!!!

Awesome customer service by Ashy at the Yakima Best Buy Store. He went beyond the necessary service to make sure the we were happy with choosing the new Apple Watch and was patient showing us all the options they had. I get all my electronic supplies and cell phones at Best Buy, and have for years! I always get good, knowledgeable service. They were really helpful when I was raising my grandson and buying Xbox and ps3 games, etc. They helped guide us to age-appropriate games which were still challenging enough for him. My next buy will be a TV!

Useless sales people. When clearly looking for an item no where to be found. When have the item bombarding you every five seconds Id you need help. Im changing the star rating for their employee named Sarah at customer service. She knows whats shes doing and exactly where items are in the store.

Ive been there 4 times for them to fix the alarm system that they installed on my truck, and it still doesnt work right. They had my truck all day for 4 full days. Very frustrating, I have to go find someone else now that knows about Viper alarms to get it fixed to get it working right.

I like going to this store to browse at technology and just to see whats new. The staff so far have been knowledgeable about their products and I can actually have technology-related conversation with the staff without them giving me blank stares like.at other places.
