If I could give lower than a one star, I would. This is the second time Ive gone in for various AT&T related issues. Each of these issues could have probably been solved by what I now know as a corporate store, but apparently not here. I was even SENT here by AT&T itself only to be told that they couldnt help and I just need to go to Folsom. They are nothing but a storefront and cant even do as little as look up an account to check something. If you want to see a phone before purchasing, I suppose this store would help but otherwise it is completely non-functional in every way. They are just two salespeople in a storefront, and rude tech geek white boys at that. They were not only not helpful but impudent and abrasive.

Very excellent store, the employees are always helpful and friendly, its the best place in town to buy AT&T products because they are never too busy and always take the time to make sure things are woking and the customer is saving money. I purchased an iPhone there, and after dealing with my apartment complex for months I was FINALLY able to get DirectTV!! Very excellent!

Seems like a good store. The second time I went there the employee was more interested in sitting and messing around with a laptop. I found a much better deal at Best Buy on the phone and the accessories.
