Ive bought 4 consoles here and had a good experience the first three times. In Aug 2011 however, I wanted an X-Box and they sold me a 4-Gig machine-- almost obsolete rat the time, certainly before 2012. They did this purposely to dump their inventory while they could. Games will be HUGE next year, dont let these less-than-honest folk sell you something without the horsepower to handle tomorrows games. If they can, they will give you a useless console and say "tough luck" even if youre a good and long-time customer.

I called this place for a copy of Star Wars the Force unleashed II. The manager Gary answered the phone initially and then transferred me over to another guy named Xavior. He allowed me to reserve the only copy left there (as I have been here several times) and he even shipped me a copy straight to my door. This is not normal service and I appreciate that. Given I did pay a little extra, I happen to be on bed rest so I needed some entertainment :)

I have been going to this GameStop location for 16 Years and it has been my preferred choice for where to buy my video games since that copy of Legend of Zelda Majoras Mask. I will continue to use this store through the Nintendo Switch and the PS5 and beyond. The manager, Jeremiah, and his team have always been great, I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Always seem to have to wait for service. Usually one person on the phone while another is checking people out. Staff is friendly, but by not having enough people working the staff being so helpful and talkative often makes the wait longer. Id like them to keep the same level of helpfulness, but more workers.

Best Gamestop Ive ever been to. They know their games, and they wont try to fool you here. Good, honest, REAL people who are all REAL gamers. And in the end, thats who you want working here; real gamers who know what theyre talking about.

The staff are good for conversations but the casheers are slow and their buy backs are an absolute insult. They but a game for $1.25 from you then sell it for $15. Dont fall victim to that.
