Generally the store is fine. But a couple of weeks ago I went in to try on some slacks, I didnt realize it was so late and there was one dressing room unlocked so I went in to try them on. A few minutes later the woman that worked the fitting rooms showed up and got nasty, "YOU ARENT TRYING ANYTHING ON WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THERE!" I told her I was trying on several pair of black slacks and I was almost through. She snarled "NO YOU ARE NOT! What are you doing?" I came out showed her the slacks thinking she would calm down. Then she started in on "HOW DID YOU GET IN THERE IT WAS LOCKED!" Now I Was Pissed! Im 62 years old with a bad back and neck from a car accident previously so I asked her if it was locked, WHICH IT WAS NOT!" How did I get in there? "SHE SAID LIKEALL THE KIDS DO CRAWL UNDER!!!" Oh Sure I Have 5 discs at the base of my neck that have severe degenerative disc disease from the accident, and 5 at the base of my spine! I can barely walk some days so crawling sounds exciting! Lets get the video of this area and see how I got in!!! She said no, it was fine just dont use the dressing rooms when they are closed and locked up! I TOLD HER SHE WILL BE LUCKY IF SHE HAS A JOB WHEN I GET THRIUGH TALKING TO THE MANAGERS! Just then three managers walked into the area and I asked if they were managers and three said yes! I told them about the crazy stuff she put me through and that they needed to get her under control! They all apologized, but neither walked to her to say anything! I left without the slacks and will never set foot anywhere near that arrogant witch works! So good luck on customer service here!

I am so tired of calling this Pleasant grove store EVERY time the same woman answers with attitude then transfers you to any department there it doesnt matter there is never NEVER any one who answers any of your phones in there departmenst except sporting goods the ELECTRONICS DEPT is the WORST, BESIDE woman answering the phones! Then SHE disconnected me 5 times today I believe on purpose not a problem solver a problem maker!! I ask for supervisor twice the person WOMAN ANSWERING ASKS ME WHY I WANT SUPERVISOR its none of your business your a switchboard operator a lousy one at that. IT TOOK ME 5 CALLS NEVER DID GET ELECTRONICS, SWITCH BOARD OPERATOR TELLING ME THEY SO BUSY... WELL IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN I GO TO THE STORE 15 minutes later BECAUSE I CANT GET TO THE DEPARTMENT TO SEE IF THEY HAVE WHAT I NEED TO SAVE ME A DISABLED CUSTOMER THE TRIP and sure enough NO ONE, NO ONE, NO ONE INCLUDING EMPLOYEE back there!!!!!!! So she LIED THATS BAD NEWS LYING TO CUSTOMERS SHAME ON YOU. You need to train your staff they are not competent to work there areas your understaffed and honestly Ive just pulled 10 customers we wont use PLEASANT GROVE WALMART LOCATION EVER AGAIN EVER, EVER, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On June 24th at 21:53 I purchased a set of Cobra radios. The radios were locked in the electronics department and had to be paid for in the electronics department. On June 24th at 22:03 exactly ten minutes later I bought a few more items and without my knowledge I was charged for this item again. The radios did not work well and I discovered the error when returning them on July 16th 2016 at the Walmart in Roseville, CA on Pleasant Grove Parkway. I spoke to three different managers and none of them were willing to help me. They wanted me to drive more than one hour to the store where they were bought to have them check the security tapes. I advised them to please call the other store. The manager on duty stated “they probably” were unavailable. I have been a Walmart customer for many years and plan to never return. Questioning the integrity of a former Army officer is not something to be taken lightly. This is a controlled item that must be paid for in the electronics department. Having two receipts for the same item in ten minutes was not proof enough and they refused to refund my money. The managers I spoke to were named Shannon and Krisina and the time was 21:47 PST on July 16th 2016.

Met up with my sister to do some shopping and at check out, my sister was told she couldnt purchase a bottle of wine (shes 24) simply because I was with her (Im 19). We had 2 completely separate purchases and even came in separate cars and just because we helped each other load things into our perspective carts, the cashiers lady demanded my ID and rudely told my sister she could not buy her alcohol in HER SEPARATE transaction due to the fact that I was under age and she "knew" we knew each other ?? Makes no sense to me. It wasnt a big deal at the time, my sister just accepted what the rude cashier said and bought her wine elsewhere but apparently dont bring your under aged children in here with you if you plan on doing some grocery shopping and want to purchase a case of beer or something. Apparently Walmart employees think they are entitled to do the job of police officers now lol. Her ID number was 7L15TJPJM2Z so I would suggest not going in her lane.

It was hot and I wanted a kids pool for my son, it was available online for in-store pickup "today" so I placed the order and quickly received an email telling me that my order was being processed... several hours later we went to the stores pickup counter and pressed the button for service, about 20 employees walked past before a woman came to help us and she was almost laughing that we would be so stupid as to think they had any pools left in-stock in stock. They only reconcile the inventory at midnight so clearly I shouldnt have trusted the website at 3PM!? After we abandoned our cart of other items and left the store we visited Big lots and get what we wanted - apparently other retailers think stocking kids pools is a good idea in June. I probably wouldnt have even written this review if my order wasnt still pending another 30 hours later with the estimated pickup time still shortly after I placed the order.

Horrible experience! For the roseville and rocklin locations! Called multiple times(over 10times, ringing and ringing well over 10min then picks up and hand up). And if someone did pick up, they say they would transfers me over..supposedly and dead silence and hang up and if I did get to someone, they would say hello repeatedly as if they didnt hear me and hang up. I was in a dire situation to ask someone if something was available at their because I live in grass valley and everything closes by 10pm and I didnt want to drive all the way up there for no reason when I posaibly could have gone somewhere else and make it before they closed at midnight. What is the point of having a phone line and operator if they are useless!!!!!???!!!!!! I hope this gets Corrected and this review helps makes the Walmart locations improve their customer service.
