This is the Best Buy to come to if you are in the 209. While the selection might not be as vast as the Modesto store or other location the customer service well beats out any other Best Buy around. A lot of people come into this store pissed off from other locations as well as bring in their preconceived notions about the franchise Best Buy. Just leave that at the door because this is the place/Best Buy to shop electronics, drones, tv, appliances both major and minor, get a stereo install in your car, security cameras. You name if they dont have it in stock they can order it or pull it from another store. These people take care of you 100% especially the home theater team. If you go in there ask for Colton. This guy has helped myself, family and any friends I referred in there with expert service and friendly attitude while being knowledgeable and not just trying to up sell but get you what you need that also fulfills you wants. This place goes above and beyond and will do the same for you.

This store is the worst!! I went to buy a frig and a dishwasher for a total of 2k and when I went to ring it up they up charge the hell out of me for warranties and installation plus their computer froze while checking me out.. I just took it as a bad sign and left without purchasing. Went back to buy a Denon reciever that was on sale and was sold on purchasing the insurance. The sales women told me if I had any issues with receiver while setting up I can call geek squad for no additional cost and they would come to my house and find issue and finish setting up. I had issues and called and the manager told me they would not send geek squad and just to bring it in and she would swap for new one!! I explained to her what I was told and told her if Best Buy could not honor what they told me I would return for refund. The manager jennifer responded and said to bring it in and you will get your money back!! Horrible service! !

I called today with some questions on warranty and previous purchases. I spoke with Kimberly, who was amazing. I didnt recall exactly when Id made my purchase, only a general time frame. She was wonderful. She asked pertinent questions, and was able to find my purchase, despite my lack of information. Not only was she able to confirm that I did purchase a warranty on the product (which Id long since lost!) but she took the time to confirm that the same item was in stock, pull it off the shelf, and have it waiting for me at the Customer Service counter. Without her help Id have been out a chunk of money and would have ended up buying a new item. Kimberly is the sort of employee that every store needs, and gave the sort of customer service that is rare these days. Thank you!!

Best Buy as a whole is better than it used to be, but thats not saying much. At least this particular location has a few employees who know what theyre doing. Unfortunately, Ive also dealt with some that made it feel like I was pulling teeth just trying to get basic questions answered. Price matching Amazon is a nice gesture thats led to me buying stuff here a lot more lately. In fact, I recently bought a TV that was actually a bit cheaper than Amazon. Just be smart, do your research, and you can find some good deals. The only thing that really irritates me is half the time I get approached by some stupid cable salesman or a solar company that Best Buy has apparently allowed to sell to customers inside the store. Just let me browse in peace!

This store is definitely not customer friendly. The staff is not familiar with or educated on the products they are tasked with working with which makes any questions go unanswered. Also if a customer ask a staff member to think on their own to accommodate a customer for any form of customer service this is usually met with resistance and confusion. We get better customer service shopping online from the computer.

The store here is overall well kept and isnt trashy or rundown. The layout is easy and convent, you can find what you need fast! If they have what you want be sure to check Amazon, they price match for you! The only thing that really bothers me is that youll either get no help from the employees when you need it or youll get five of them back to back when you are just looking at something, its really annoying.

Today I bought a Aman as washer. When I came into the store I was greeted right away and was quickly help out it took only 5 minutes and they were bringing my washer out. The two store employees took it out to my truck and loaded it into the truck. I was truly amazed on the service I received. I now have a new Best Buy store to shop. Good buy Sisk road store. Had to purchase a laptop for my business and Best Buy was my second stop. Im glad I waited. Not only was the staff here exceptionally friendly, but they were knowledgable as well. The computer guy, helped me choose a laptop for my needs which ended up being a different one than I had originally planned on buying, but it turned out to be a perfect fit. Ill definitely be back.

Ordered from their website to send to store. Came home realized that they gave me the completely wrong item! Drove all the way back to the store asking for my refund, & the worker behind the register tells me no refund because their system is down & to come back in 2 days. Really! Waste of time! Customer service sucks & their knowledge on their own products even worse!

The 20 minute drive to the Modesto store will save you a headache. Stay away from this poorly managed Best Buy. I attempted a price match during my transaction and the management refused. I was also refused my free gift with purchase. I went to the Modesto Best Buy and bought the same item, was given my promotional item and also the price match.

Staff is very attentive without being annoying, typical if you walk by them they have to talk to you deal, bought a tape deck aux adapter and they were very helpful in selecting which one, turned out the adapter didnt work for my car but they were not hesitant to offer me a refund. Would definitely shop here again.

This Best Buy accepted not 1 but 2 fraudulent checks on 2 consecutive days from 2 different cashiers. ID information was written on the checks, and was completely false. They refused to save any video surveillance, and I doubt the person I spoke to even left a message to management to review the tapes.

Everyone that Ive ever had questions for, has always known what they are talking about, and they dont just try an sell you on the most expensive item, they listen to what you need it for and truly recommend one they feel would be best for you..great workers and a good selection of items!
