Ill start by saying that this Walmart is conveniently located and usually has everything I need. I say usually because they seem to have trouble keeping things stocked on the shelves. But, this one has a shelved gluten-free section and frozen one as well, which is a plus for me, and has a better selection of organic foods than comparable stores in the area with exception of Bel Air. They recently added self-checkout to this Walmart which has eased checkout times and the cashiers seem better trained as of late and able to check and bag things more quickly. Ive had some really good customer service experience at this store but some of the employees need to be trained to help customers. Stock clerks need to be trained to assist at the back counter for site-to-store pickups so that one lady isnt having to do everything and a line of four customers arent having to wait 15 minutes plus. They also need to be attentive and offer to help customers who look like their lost or need assistance. (P.S. Thank you to the nice blonde woman at the Pickup area and Travis who works in the Pet Food and Household Cleaner Department for your excellent customer service. I know its not an easy job.) Overall, Ive had mostly positive experiences at this Walmart and will continue to go here as long as that doesnt change.

Love coming to my local Walmart, I admire that some the workers go out of their way to assist us. However, I am not content with the fact that they have a credit card person who literally spits on your face when she is talking.. She is never on a register.. always on self check out. She can not speak proper English. Also, the information that she conveys to the customer is COMPLETELY FALSE. This employee lies about what the credit card benefits are.. she told me I get 50% off every purchase I make. So, i signed up for a credit card. My friend on the other hand was bribed to sign up for a credit card. She told my friend that if she signs up, then she will give her some free items.. Meaning she will not scan some of her grocery if she applies for a credit card... I do not appreciate the falsified information and the pretentious act of being ethical. The cashiers name is Dalbeet and she should be AVOIDED at all costs. I do not understand why Walmart has not fired her. Just to avoid this one individual I suggest you go to a different Walmart.

Terrible customer service in the Watt Avenue Wallmart auto department! The guy who "greets" you simply grunts when he comes to your car; never a "hello", or a "hi may I help you?" He has no customer skills and acts like a thug! I had bought four expensive Goodyear tires from Wallmart. One in the front had started to split on the sidewall after not even 20,000 miles. The guy at the auto department refused to replace it so I asked for the manager. The manager also refused to replace it stating that someone had slashed my tire! (The Maita Toyota service manager had found the problem and indicated that it was a manufacturers defect with the sidewall splitting!) The clowns at the Watt Avenue location then suggested I go to the Wallmart near Roseville, which I did. Their service manager took one look at the tire and immediately recognized that it was a factory defect and replaced it no questions asked! Someone should teach these clowns at Watt Avenue how to treat their valued customers, or take lessons from the Antelope location!

i dread going into this entire entity. i work in the same mall and the parking lot is aweful. walmart should stand alone. all the derelicts that hang around the store, come into ours mostly to steal. the employees should be taught to stop talking to other employees about party night while working. they are trashy, low cut shirts, tats, piercings. i have a dress code (and have tats and piercings that i cover), and we get paid the same? they all act guetto in there. they enlarged the store with a food area and still only have 2-3 people on the registers. this is like the old days when there only was that many registers. 20 registers and only 3 cashiers (on a friday night). i cant make a fast break time get a drink in this store because the wait in line is longer than my shift at work. PS WALMART OWNS DAMN NEAR EVERY PRODUCT PRODUCED IN THE STATES (WHY PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR BUSINESSES) AND SHOPPING HERE ONLY INCREASES CHINAS POWER (HELLO COMMUNISTS) AND OUR PRODUCTS GO DOWN IN QUALITY

I found my cousins, cousins girlfriend there with her high meschool diploma. Yep... only took 3yrs to get the edjumacation she neended to say 1 tooth minus4 tooth = 2mony missing teefis... she has a great front butt tho.... nice to see the wiggle in her walk. Even tho her right leg is fake.. she lost it in a freak donut eating contest.. she ran outta beer and flipped out and tryed stabbing her 4th husband with a hot dog Winer. She had to wear cankle monitor for her at trailer home arrest.. my nephew is sleeping with her now.. hope my brother - his father dont find out about it. They suppose to be 1 big happy family.. big is understatement. . She got more chins then a Chinese phone book. Probably hasnt seen her vagina in 15 - 20 years.. its gotta look like big foot or the wild outback down there.. i hear voices from down under there when i sit to close to her.. grumble" "grumble"

This evening, a young man named Travis who works there really helped us out when we needed it. We had come in through the garden center to buy patio furniture on our way out, but when we were ready to leave we were told it was too late to buy anything from outside and we could come back at 7 AM when they open. We dont shop on Sundays for religious reasons and we have a family BBQ planned tomorrow we need the furniture for. I was so disappointed and was about to walk out without all the other items we had in our cart, but on the way out, I found Travis and told him about it. He took me out to the garden center and helped me get the chairs we needed, the table, and even helped us load them into our truck for us. I cant thank him enough. I heard him say over his headset to another manager that he just wanted to help the customer. Great job!!

I bought a set of 4 tires, the disgruntled employee who mounted the tires dangerously over inflated the tires and sent me on my way. I instantly noticed something wrong with the way my car drove, when I stopped to check why my car was all over the road I found that two of the tires were visibly under inflated, the other two when checked with a pressure gauge had over 80psi per tire, which permanently damaged my new tires. When I returned and confronted the manager he became immediately defensive, when I insisted he became hostile and told me "thats impossible, and even if he did over inflate them thats fine" Terrible experience, not worth saving a buck. Theres a good tire shop right next door, give them a shot.

Every Wal-mart is a walk through the ghetto while inside. Ive literally been solicited drugs (not pot) on two seperate occasions from two completely random people. 50/50 chance on if the employee you are about to approach even speaks English another 50/50 if they do is whether they help you find the item or if they just point while you look in their stoned bloodshot eyes. " thats in sporting goods" NO S*IT GENIUS I HAVE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH SPORTING GOODS AND DIDNT SEE IT WHY ELSE WOULD I ASK YOU? Anyway Wal Mart gets 1 star for being the epitome of ghetto shopping drugs out front, goods inside, hookers out back a literal ghetto one stop shop bebes kids included.
