Both Wendy and Justin were extremely helpful when I came in this evening. I came to exchange a refurbished XBox that wasnt working properly. When they discovered they didnt have what I needed in store they called a nearby Game Stop to have them hold one for me. I think this will be my gaming destination from now on.

So I come in for a 2TB harddrive that says 79.99 on the package as well as online 10-15mins early so I could handle other obligations, but they didnt honor the price that was on the package, pathetic. This location is always backed up too, I know GSTOP are all time hustlers but really?

Staff is always friendly although they will try and get you to pre order or trade games in everytime. Prices are usually high and trade values are low. If you want to save money on your game purchases head to bestbuy or use amazon prime. Both of them offer 20% off games.
