The worst service possible. I will never make a purchase at Best Buy again. They advertise a camera and free package that wasnt completely available. The Canon camera was available, but they had to order part of the "free" packet which included a disk, a carrier, and a battery. The battery was in the store, and the other two pieces were not. One was mailed to me. The disk was ordered and had to be picked up in the store. I went to the store twice to check on the disk and again today. Each time I was told that I would receive an email. I went into the store again today and was told that the disk was sent back because I didnt come in soon enough and that I should have received a credit on my credit card and given a number to call. No credit was applied. I went through the same runaround with the person on the phone and told that I would not get the disk, but I could buy one. After a long phone call of waiting for the person to go back and forth to talk to her supervisor numerous times, I told her that they had lost another customer. If you need to get something on line because the store does not have what it advertises and needs to order it, my recommendation to everyone is to shop online at B & H. They are a real professional organization who provide excellent customer care. I will repeatedly tell everyone to stay away from Best Buy, who hardly lives up to its name. My mistake to go to Best Buy.

This store is terrible, horrible, AWFUL. I took my phone in to be fixed since it was covered with their Black Tie Protection Plan and it was the worst experience. I went in every few weeks because I never got any calls or e-mail updates. The first few times I went in, they would look at the computer and tell me it would be another two weeks. After waiting like two months I went into the store again and one of the sales associates clicked around on his computer and told me that it says it will be ready on this day, blah, blah, blah. FINALLY, after waiting those two weeks AGAIN I go in and they tell me they I was authorized to get a completely new phone quite some time ago. So the little jerk who clacked around on his keyboard told me a complete LIE. Then I realized why they all like to me, because it took them three hours to process the new phone, who would want to deal with that? The one in Manteca is awesome. My husband took his phone there for the same reason and they updated him through e-mail and it only took 3 weeks.

Bought a laptop from them that was defective after a few weeks and unfortunately it was past the return policy I went into Best Buy to see if I can do an exchange the employee in the electronic laptop section told me I can exchange it for another laptop with the same specifications at the same price and I had to pay difference if I did but when I got to customer care they said they couldnt do it after the employee brought me the laptop terrible service and will never shop at Best Buy ever again I would rather go to Walmart or Target to get my electronics now this really pissed me off because I am a student and I need my laptop to be working I have tried everything technical drivers reset software updates everything and it will not work I recommend people not shop at this Best Buy if they want to get good products that work

i went to do an upgrade or a new line of service for the experia phone the rep says i cant give it to you for the dollar that the internet best buy is selling it for it was only for a new customer wouldnt i be a new customer well i thought what a joke i never had this problem at any best buy!i wouldnt waste my time with this store again i will go to tracy or manteca stockton best buy ur a joke even the manager,of the department was a joke ur lose tracy gain u guys suck i would recommend anyone not to waste there time at this store,go out of ur way to tracy or manteca u will be better served...... How do you pay for all the maintenance in the store but not enough money to pay for more employees. I walked around the whole store looking for someone (MY EYESIGHT IS REALY GOOD, BUGS BUNNY INSPIRED ME TO EAT CARROTS AND KEEP MY EYES HEALTHY)and came across 1 employee who was "willing" to help me get a ps4 game out of the guarded shelf. He said that he would call for somebody else to help me in that department. The person who was called to help me zoomed right passed me and helped the couple behind me. ARE YOU BLIND AND DEF? I even said excuse me Sir. but i guess being polite doesnt get you crap.

Ive been shopping at best buy for years now as a loyal customer every electronic device Ive ever purchased was at best buy, and I never had to deal with awful customer service until I made a recent purchase of $1300, I never felt discriminated in my entire life, Ive never been judged by my race, Ive never experienced racism until I made a recent purchase at best buy I was treated horribly by an employee who discriminated me. I feel that best buy should talk to their employees about better customer service, even though I will never step one foot at that store again.

I have shopped at this Best Buy for 8 years and overall have always had a positive experience. My best experience was my most recent visit where I pre-ordered a new smart phone. The associate who helped me was hands down the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associate Ive ever encountered. Thank you Edmar! Update 8/17/17 needed to purchase 2 more items, went in, the staff took care of me immediately and matched me up with the products that were perfect for me. Another 10 out of 10 experience!!!

At least they price match. Although it was like pulling teeth having someone help find an item in store. I had one person point and say over there, when i got "there" (windows pc area) I asked someone else and they sent me back to where I origionally was at the phone area. At least the guys and gals at the tv area are willing to help locate a 64 gb flash drive AND go search through the warehouse for one. Thanks James (I think that was your name).

Dont go in this store they are selling lemon products there customer service sucks they are impolite to their customers. dont buy there insurance they will just give you a used product they will tell you that they will provide a new one but the real thing is they dont. they dont answers calls they will just transfer you to an automated machine ofcourse you will wait forever THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!! im a real customer beware on this store!

I went in the morning yesterday and it was not busy AT ALL I asked for help but the girl said she was going to send someone to help me. So I said fine and waited, I waited for 30 mins no one came. I again asked for help and no one came! Ugh I was pissed the f*** off like the all the employees were talking to each other and laughing in groups. I will never shop at best buy in Stockton again.
