After dropping off a business card that I needed changes on, I was told that they were too busy to help me, they would make the changes and fax them to me. 5 separate faxes later, and TOTALLY different revisions, I returned to speak directly to the print person who AGAIN, was too busy to do anything for me but understood and would fax me the correct revisions. Upon receiving my fax, it was snooty and pointed the finger at me for them not being able to make the right revisions. Maybe if I could have been helped on the spot, it would not be two weeks later and I wouldnt be on hold now for 20 minutes waiting for a manager to complain that now they will charge me $1/minute for revisions. Thats fine...they need to realize that THEY are not doing me any favors as I am the PAYING customer and they just lost two big business orders...Im off to Office Max.

Do not take your computer or any electronic devices to be worked on at this place, They steal hardware and purposefully damage your devices so your forced into buying something new and when you talk to corporate about it they all lie to cover their tracks and completely screw you out of your electronics. It seems a little mafia to me to go breaking peoples things that you offer services and sales of. This is by far the worst electronics store on the planet. Youve been warned.

I was referred to this place to have my computer repaired. They dont explain their services well. I was explained that the file would be backed up and put back on my computer. When i picked up my computer, my files was not on the computer. Apparently, they charge separately for that service. It was not explained well in first place. If I knew that they do half the work, I wouldnt place the order. I would have done this myself.

Sent a tiny print job with a deadline, was told theyd meet it and call us when its ready to pickup. Called to check about 30 mins after the deadline, still not ready but they only had "one person in front of us" and would call when its done. Waited FIVE (5) hours before finally calling back again and they still hadnt even started it. It was literally 10 copies of 1 print lol. Canceled the order and going elsewhere.

I went to take my sister and she said that staff were polity and funny. It good to see a company with so my enthusiasm. You techi person which i believe he is some calm. For hard that dedicated to his customers

They take forever to help you! I swear I asked the lady can I get stamps to mail out letters? She thought I meant stamps to stamp papers and letter. No I need sticker stamps to mail out for envelopes duh

Not helpful at all. Over priced and wouldnt let me try out their computers on display. They actually called security on me and management walked me out the door. Theyre over priced. Ill never go back
