I had to call the store twice to get an item. First time I called The employee said that they didnt even sell the chair I wanted anymore. I did very minimal digging (just went to the store web site) and saw they actually did still sell it so called back. The employee finally said shed call to see if they could transfer it from another store. I called for a specific promotion that they had going on (which I did not get) and instead ended up paying 3x what I was supposed to. Not talking about going over the 90 day same as cash thing either given I only had the item for about a month. I was going to trade in the chair for a small sofa and my sister and boyfriend got really grossed out after finding a tampon and playing cards inside a sofa on the showroom floor at the store. Needless to say, I simply returned my item and did not get anything else. At least the set up and delivery guy was nice. However, I never signed not received a contract for my item (I had surgery on the day it was delivered). To make it worse for a week after the item was picked up I still received calls and even a home visit from rent a center because they hadnt properly "returned" the chair I had in their computer system. Wonderful. Im glad I kept the return receipt.

The worst place to rent Furniture I ordered something and they assured me it was what I wanted but when it got here it was not not what I ordered and they still wanted me to pay for it
