I am incredibly happy with my experience at this Microsoft store. I was sent there today by Microsoft Technical Support, since over the phone they were unable to troubleshoot a method to fix the "E" and "L" keys on my Pro 4 Type-Cover Keyboard that had suddenly stopped working. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by multiple employees, including the manager. Once they heard my problem, I was referred to an employee named Kameron who actually introduced himself to me and shook my hand (common manners you dont see from tech employees very much anymore but make a huge difference to people like me). He proceeded to quickly get a brand new replacement keyboard for the broken one I brought in and took the new one out of the box to let me check the integrity of the keys. Another associate walked me through my current warranty and future device coverage options to ensure that I understood what to do/ what my coverage would be if something like this ever happened again. I was out of there in just under 10 minutes, which to me was awesome and unbelievable! This is a small Microsoft specialty shop where they are, in my experience, as knowledgeable and customer oriented as any full-scale Microsoft store with technical support-- which really says something about their staff. I definitely recommend it, will go there again, and am grateful it is the closest Microsoft store to me. Go check it out for yourself!

When I found out that I was going to be in the area and that there was a Microsoft store, the inner nerd in me was begging to stop by. I was fully expecting a big, packed store full of cool gadgets similar to the Apple store, but I was met with a small little kiosk in the middle of the hallway instead. The selection of devices on display wasnt the greatest, but considering the size of the kiosk, it was fair. They had the new Surface Book and Pro 4, which I mainly came to look at anyways, so I cant complain, though I will admit that coming here was a let down.

Pathetic customer service , I choose a express delivery for my shipping from the microsoft store online - its been 2.5 days , but still my order is not showing up . When I call them they tell me that , my order is being processed and I will get a tracking number once it gets processed - the tracking number that is generated does not show up anything in the UPS website. Microsoft talks about using technology to make life easier , when they are not able to keep up a simple delivery , I wonder what changes they will make .

Nuvi was excellent! She was very friendly and professional. All of the staff were very courteous. I was exchanging my surface pro 3 since the one I got was defective due to the battery being shot right out of the package. They promptly exchanged it and set it up with me to make sure it worked. Will be returning for all of my Microsoft needs. I would recommend it to anyone. Microsoft has very fast and helpful service. Although it is a kiosk, they have a lot in stock in the back for exchanges and issues.

Horrible I mean horrible customer service by phone and in store, I called ahead before picking up a laptop worth $2500 the customer service over the phone was really bad, and when I got there was even worst this reps look and sound like they dont care for the image of the company. Will never go back to this particular store.

This place is a disaster. I came here to re-install windows on my surface and the person they had working there said they could not "pull my data". No you moron I simply want to reinstall windows. I cant believe I wasted my time driving out here for something so completely worthless.

According to the person who answered my phone call, the Roseville store is not a "full store" but merely a "kiosk." Thus, there is no repair counter, ala Apple Stores Genius Bar. So, another great service from Microsoft!?!
