This location tends to get pretty busy, so I can see why they have trouble answering the phone. I spend a lot of free time there (usually trying to help other customers because its fun) so I see how busy they are. Overall knowledge of games is mediocre at best. The employees only follow the really big titles and know almost nothing about the more obscure titles released. They are friendly however, and try their best to assist the customer.

Today I went to game stop to try to get an Xbox 360 through trade I offered a 160 gb iPod classic, a Wii balance board, a guitar hero guitar, a Nintendo ds lite with 3 games, and the newest iPod nano with 16 gb, this would not make my goal of 130+ dollars but only went for 75 the iPod I had purchased a month ago for 150 dollars only would trade for 24 dollars and the 120 dollar balance board only went for 3 dollars!!!!!! Never going back

Dont trust them. When I was trading in my Xbox 360 Console, one of the cashier men told me he wouldnt take it because there wasnt an AV cord. So he gave me back my big box with my Xbox 360 with all my cords, or so I thought. When I got home I noticed I was missing a cord, an HDMI cord. The cord that plugs the Xbox into the TV. The cashier man must of sneaked it out of my box while I wasnt paying attention.

Great store, staff are super casual and friendly, knowledgeable about their games and systems, and willing to take the time to ensure youre satisfied. We recently had an issue redeeming a trade credit: the manager, Judson, not only took the time to call corporate for help, but then subsequently solved the problem himself after customer service told him what we wanted wasnt possible. Thank you!

I swear I love this place the best GameStop I have been to in years! I go there very often and love the staff they are amazing and such nice people always wanting to help you if you need it. Brad and Joseph are such amazing people when it comes to customer service, I definitely recommend this Gamestop to EVERYONE living in the area and people living close by. :>

i bought a 1 year waranty on my ps vita and these guys wouldnt accept it. took it to amother store and guess what? they were A-ok with it and i got a new vita. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! as a gamer to another gamer do not buy from these guys!!!! GO TO ANOTHER GAMESTOP
