I sent one of my guys to pick up a color printer today. Unfortunately he didnt realize it was a monochrome. So i returned to replace it. Staples was very busy. Yet Jacob accepted the return with out any hassle what so ever and really wanted to take the time to show me a possible replacement. (I was just going to go home and pick out something from amazon) So I gave Jacob a minuet of my time... now he took the time to ask very key questions about my business from what kind of printing I do to showing me monthly ink programs. He showed me their highest price to their lowest priced printers. But based of my responses made suggestions in the mid to low range! After a few questions from me, he honestly said he wasnt sure and asked if he could get his manager as she would better know the answer. He didnt try and sales pitch me to a choice! So Jamie (I Think this is her name) came over and answered each of my questions. Jacob excused himself to help others, and Jamie helped me pick a great printer. While this may just be a printer, I got absolutely amazing customer service! This is something youll never get from the online retailers! Additionally there were two printers that it came down too, one was actually less then Amazon and the other was slightly higher, but by the time I found this, Jamie had already matched it! I know that retailers cant be as cheap as every other online outlet all the time as the overhead is different, but I want to try and shop locally, helping to keep money in the community. Jamie and Jacob added such a fresh experience that I will now shop there from now on and try to avoid the online route if possible.

Wont answer the phone when you call for info on delivery of a $200 print order. Called 3 times, no answer the first time (went to answering machine after 10 rings), then second try-15 rings, answered and transferred to the print center where I hung up after 5 min of waiting. Third try I dunno...still trying...seems like the staffing is exceptionally low. Their prices have also gone way up. I buy things through Amazon now, cheaper and free shipping.

Has a ton of stuff... Rarely what you need... Their inventory is average quality and over priced.We only go their during "back to school" sales, and our son graduated, so maybe not! I have to say, the copy and print center is very helpful!

Ill not be surprised if one day a lot of people would swarm this place, Jamie AM tried her best, I mean she really literally did not stop exhausting everything to get the discount I ask for an item, and she got it. AWESOME!!!!

I live near here and it is convenient to have a staples, but they do not have a lot of selections like best buy or frys. But if you need printer cartridges they will have it here.
