these guys are wonderful and all the customer service is knowalageble and take excelet care of my nephews every time I take a 13yo and a 7yo in for being good boys or b-day gifts! They well let the boys know if anything is needed with the games they choose and always ask that a parent or gaurdien is there to sell them any game that they might be too young to buy or play. they posses a rare trait, everyone there has integrity and i recommend them to anyone who has gaming kids the used games are the way too go big time and you can bring in the ones you dont play any more for store credit. This taught the boys a wonderful lesion on taking care of things. thanks guys great job youll have my business as long as the boys love gaming !!!

Bought a PS3 bundle a week prior and one of the sixaxis controllers had a limp leftstick so I brought it back in with the bag and receipt and the guy didnt look at neither of them. Just took the controller, ripped open a used one with functioning sticks no questions asked, swoop and scoop. Dude was kosher. 10/10.

Much better service than the YC Mall Gamestop, and usually a better selection. One of their associates is kind of a ditz, but generally, the service is great and after having used this Gamestop for a few years, they kind of feel like some sort of weird, not-oft-seen extended family.

Whatever negative stories youve heard about Gamestop is not applied to this Gamestop. The employees are nice and very helpful. They never do any BS tricks and if you arent interested with preorders, they wont talk about it. I highly recommend this Gamestop.

Unfortunately they rarely have good deals on video games. You are more likely to find shooters than any other variety of game and the staff is less than knowledgeable.
