I have dealt with RAC for years. I have never had an issue with any of the stores, originally dealt with Chico and then the Bridge Street store. I have to say the customer service at this lpcation sucks. They call literally the day your bill is due multiple times and it continues until you make a payment. I asked them multiple times for my account number so I can pay my bill online. Every single time they gave me the wrong number or didnt even know how to find the number. Then I shouldnt need to wait 10 minutes on hold to make a payment. Ive also been hung up on. I still have an open account with this store and will be switching over to the Marysville store where they actually can be professional and curtious. Good riddance!
