I went in to upgrade my phone two months ago, but instead of the simple upgrade I was offered a different deal. The deal seemed great at first. I was offered a free tablet, an upgrade, a $10 reduction in my monthly bill, and to top it all off I was told my plan wouldnt change. The rep told me it was all a "thank you" for being a loyal Sprint customer for so many years. I questioned him about the upgrade, and he said it wasnt really free. I would pay for it over time in installments on my bill. I was worried at first, but he said he reduced my bill so that the net difference basically made it free. On top of that, he said I would be paying a smaller total for the phone than what I would pay if I just bought the phone with my available upgrade. My fears placated, I accepted the deal, thinking I was reducing my bill and getting free stuff for being a loyal customer. I checked my bill a few weeks later and noticed a line was added for the free tablet. I wasnt told about that in the store. I wasnt told of any plan changes (the rep just said hed reduce my bill with no change in service), but I also noticed by phone plan changed and I was now paying not $10 less a month, but almost $20 more! I immediately cancelled an insurance charge to bring that down to only $10 over. I called Customer Care and asked if I could return the free tablet and change my bill back, and they said I couldnt because I was now under contract. To top it all off, doing the math on the phone lease, I am also in fact paying more than I was told in the store by the rep. So I could have just paid for the phone in combination with my upgrade, but instead I was offered a "better" deal that wasnt actually better. My trust and confidence in Sprint now eroded, I dont know what else they might have suckered me out of with the plan changes. Given the spotty service coverage and now the disingenuous and plain bad customer service, I dont see myself coming back to Sprint after this contract expires. Bottom line: I went in to get an upgrade and I was offered a deal to reduce my monthly bill, get an upgrade, and get a free tablet. This was offered as a "thank you" for being a loyal customer. Turns out, Im now paying more, and changes were made to my plan that I was not told about in the store.

I have never rated a business before, but feel compelled to do so after my experience here. My wife and I stopped here while returning from a trip where she had broken the screen on her phone. Raul is the rep who assisted us with choosing and purchasing a new phone. He was very knowledgable with good insight into the pros and cons of many of the products and accessories we looked at. The experience of purchasing the new phone was great. It was after the purchase that Raul stepped up and went beyond good service. After we purchased the new phone we realized that some voicemails from my wifes recently deceased father were saved on the broken phone. The screen on the old phone was completely blank, so we could not navigate to the voicemails in order to forward them. Raul enlisted the help of one of their techs and together they figured out a way to retreive the voicemails and other files, and then transfered them to he new phone. As a business owner in the service industry, I am always paying attention to how people at other companies treat their customers. I was very impressed with Rauls professional service and attention to detail while he was helping us. I appreciate good service and am a loyal customer when I find it. There is another Sprint store about 25 minutes closer to me, but I will be driving passed it on my way to the one in Yuba City from now on.

They are smug and treat their customers very badly. My phone screen when dark and so they took my phone and told me that they needed to replace it because they couldnt fix it. So when they replaced it they were not able to recover any of my data. I asked why not they said because they couldnt find the button on my screen because it went dark. Talking to me as if I was an idiot. I asked if he could see were to push on my old screen from the new phone. He got annoyed with me but then did show me that it was just too difficult again being rather smug. At this point I asked for the manager and he informed me that he was the manager. Then one of the techs from the backroom came over on his own and was really professional and helped with my question. I asked them if they could please show me how to setup my new phone so that I could back up so that I wouldnt lose my data in the future the tech was great but the manager was an ass guy had almost no desire to help me and was very short and smug about the fact that I didnt understand what he was saying I will never go to this location again.

My husband and I were looking to switch from Verizon to a cheaper company. We went in to ask questions and of course they were busy. I am 31 weeks pregnant and stood in line for ten minutes waiting patiently while my husband browsed. No one mentioned a sign in sheet or anything so I continued waiting. Some chick in yoga pants walks in and of course a male employee instantly talked to her and asked her for her name so he could write it on the sign in sheet. Seriously? He ignored the pregnant woman and talked to the girl in tight pants? I guess we wont be switching to Sprint now.

The employees (manager larry) is shady. Comes off like a used car salesman. Will tell you whatever you want to hear to get his sales. Last time there he did some type of creative financing to get us in a "better plan" with the end result...$503 put to collections that I dont owe and an still fighting to have removed from my credit score 10 months later. Sucks that its the only local Sprint store. Conclusion... In 1.5 years when tablet plan is done (another shady deal - tablet didnt do what was promised) its bye bye Sprint thanks to this store!!!!

Customer service is horrible at this store. The people that work here are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will lie and say anything to get you to sign a contract because they know once you sign your stuck for two years. They never explain to you the fine print on the contract that says whats really going on. If youre thinking of switching from another company because sprint is cheaper dont. Sprint is the worst of the big cell phone companies and their coverage really stinks. Im switching back.

Be careful before you go there, because 99% of what they say is just plain lies, they trick you to do whatever its take to make sign the contract and even for the first month your bill will be normal, till the send bill then third ..... my bill jumped from $155 to $245 in just 2 months, and I called sprint and fought them then went to the store and the manager told me that he cant do anything to me, so be cautious
