I needed my screen replaced on Samsung S5. They replaced it, but I guess, they used very cheap part, because the same week it cracked again and this time LCD / digitizer was damaged as well. The pnone was not abused, never fell, adult owned. The crack was in the corner and the protective cover was always on. I went in again and they wanted to charge same price again. I showed them my receipt proving it was just replaced, then they offered to do it for half of original price. I just didnt want to take chances again and replaced it at a different place and had no issues after that, even though my phone fell a few times after that. I will not be going to that place again. Oh, and another thing - I had lock on my phone, when they were fixing it they got into my phone, they didnt do any harm to it, but I wish they were not snooping into my personal belongings. And they advertized themselves on 5mile app that they can break any passwords on Samsung phones/tablets, especially after that I will not be going there. If you store personal info on your phone - stay away from them...

Dude, at first I was super impressed. My screen had shattered a bit on my phone. Took it in. Took them a few hours, but my phone was good as knew. I was happy...UNTIL. I found out it wouldnt charge! Took in the next day. They said itd be about a hour. Went in a hour later, they said 15 minutes...that turned into a half an hour. I had to leave. My husband went by 4 HOURS LATE and they had JUST finished fixing it. Brought the phone home, everything works, BUT MY STYLIST (THE PEN THING) WAS NOT IN MY PHONE. THEY FORGOT TO PUT IT BACK IN OR STOLE IT LIKE WHYYYY. OMG. UGGGGH.

I brought my Samsung Tab A in to get the Sims reader fixed. They said it would take three to four business days because they had to order the part. This was on a Monday. By Saturday it still wasnt fixed. I was going out of town and needed my pad so I went and picked it up, I asked them to call me when the part came in and I would bring in my pad and they could take the hour they said it would take to fix it. That was two weeks ago still havent heard from them. When I called they said they were waiting for the mailman to bring in the part. Guess were all still waiting.

The charge port on my iPhone 5 needed replacing. After a call to confirm they had the part, I was pleasantly surprised when they began the replacement the moment I walked in the door. Twenty minutes later I walked out of the store with a working phone. The fee was very reasonable for the work performed; the expeditious manner in which it was carried out makes it a bargain. The only criticisms I can offer for the experience would be that the store was much too warm for my taste and that the shopping centers location is... less than desirable.

Rude service when called today. I was hung up on after asking prices about phones. Called back and told him I was hung up on and asked again about prices and very rudely he rattled off what type of phones he had and prices. May suit you best to get a job at the sanitary department in which you dont have to deal with the general public. Just a thought. That star is a negative.

To good to be true. My screen cracked so I had them replace it, I was impressed with the price, but when I got it the new screen was scratched up in the upper corner. They tried to pass it off and said that it didnt affect the phone. This was an attempt to cover up there error. After talking to others I believe that they are using recycled materials.

They had amazing service! Louis was very nice! He has great customer service! I went in to get my phone screen fix because i had cracked it on each corner and my phone went black. I couldnt see anything so they fix it and it looks brand new like it came straight out of the box! I highly recommend this place you will get the best service.

That guy yk yk who posted that bad comment is kind of slow for posting what he did and did not Google what carrier unlocking is. Ive had good experiences at the cellphone fix, phones fixed in 30 mins with original parts, Im left a happy camper every time I leave there, they are good people and I will continue to send business over

Came in to get phone fixed. Charge port wasnt working. They put in New one in about an hour. Saved $200 geek squad was charging. Courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. Definitely recommend if your having problems with phone.
