The employees are refreshingly happy and good attitudes especially Devon. But as for the sprint service itself im not very pleased. I got my wife a new iphone 7 and am having nothing but problems. No service at times without wifi . Recieving text messages a day later. Can not surf the Internet unless connected to wifi. Can not get or recieve calls without wifi. Honestly dont really need a service provider if i can only use the phone at home. Not cool especially after just having a baby. Need to beable to have a working phone. Its going on 3 weeks now if not more and i even took the phone to Apple and they did all there test on the phone and said its my service provider. Sprint. Now im locked in a contract paying top dollar for a phone that doesnt work and im super irritated! Contemplating taking the loss and switching providers. We need a service we can trust. Especially in an Emergency.

WOW!!! The superior service given by Justin, Chris, Jordan & Boddie at the Sprint Store on Ikea Court is absolutely marvelous!! When I first entered the Sprint store, I was greeted by cordially by Chris, who walked me through the entire process of replacing my damaged phone. The following day, Saturday, when I returned with the replacement phone, once again I was treated with kindness, humor and respect. Today, I, again had MORE questions, instead of treating me as a problem, I was greeted by Justin, Chris, Boddie & Jordan as a returning friend. VERY WELL DONE, SPRINT, most businesses should take a page from your employees training handbook. Chris, Justin, Boddie are a GREAT credit to Sprint!!

I really wanted to express my satisfaction with Erica the store manager. If it was not for her ability to solve problems i would not be with Sprint. She is very knowledgeable of the different operating systems and she understands the politics with Sprint so she can help with any issues from billing to connectivity. I have been working with her for a year and she has not let me down yet. Thank you Erica!!!!

Want a terrible company. Want to screw your credit up this is a one stop shop for that. Canceled service they kept billing me for 6 months etc. I was not under contract and I owned my own phone . The fight is still underway after being paid is fun

We were here for about 4 hours just to get a new phone. Like most sprint stores Ive been to, they dont seem to know as much about products as you can find online with a quick 2 minute search. Id recommend doing everything you can online
