Lost a customer for life. I understand why I havent been a regular here. Had ad for a free-bee with game purchase. I was @ store when it opened so no chance of running out. After I purchased game I was told my "special free item" was pre-order only. Manager insisted on a argument so I told him go to hell and give me refund. Now Im in touch with corporate office. And sent picture to corporate of ad.

Had to wait in line for literally 40 minutes because only one cashier was taking customers. There were two other employees there. Also, every time you buy something they aggressively try to get you to pre-order games, buy stupid protection plans, and sign up for their club. Sometimes you just want to buy a game and leave without having to say NO five times to the same sales pitch.

I love Gamestop. They have a very knowledgeable staff that are gamers themselves. Offering countless new and used games, t-shirts, consoles, electronics, and accessories. If you buy a used game and dont like it for any reason or just beat it in under a week and get a full refund no questions. They also buy and trade for games and accessories.

Dont go to gamestop,they have a new program called "The circle of life" they rip you off because of this program if you dont believe me search on google and type"Gamestop Circle of life" and itll show you how theyre ripping you off

Sometimes have some good deals, their trade-in prices have gotten better, but it does get busy and dont have a huge stock, as there are often things out of stock or very low in stock.
