When i herd of them it was all bad news about how they rip-off people so i decided to form my own opinion & give it a try. When i first walked in & talked to the guy i was like "wow this game store is not bad at all" in fact at first i really loved it! :) until i bought a game & a controller :( they said it was "brand new" but to find out the disk had scratches & the controller also had scratches so i went back to the store & received store credit. The second time i went back was to give it another try i figured maybe they just made a mistake, i went into the store & bought a supposedly "brand new" XBox 360 Slim now from the outside it looked fine & even had the plastic wrap around it (again "brand new") so i paid for it, took it home & when i opened it up all the manuals where missing along with the controller, cables & packing foam to keep the system in place! so i immediately took it back & demanded that i get my money back, but not surprised they only gave me useless store credit! now why the hell would i want store credit from a store that has terrible service & products!?!. The morale of the story is this business is 100% TERRIBLE they are a BIG JOKE & SCAMMERS, they are 10x as worse as GameStop! if i were you i would avoid this business at ALL COSTS they scam you into products that are supposedly "new & working" its total BS.

Ive lived in Reno since about 2010. I was a kid when I first moved here so I didnt have a hell of a lot of money but I did have a passion for gaming. Like most my age I saw the now classic commercial for this place almost weekly. One day I had saved up about $40 and decided to convince my mom to take me down there on her way to Costco.I still remember the first thing I bought; a copy of saints row 2 for the Xbox 360 (I think that was about $25 at the time) and Silent hill 2 for the PlayStation 2 ($10) the staff was attentive and promised me a life time repair guarantee on the games as long as I had the receipt. Flash forward half a decade and theyre still up and running. Same great prices, same repair motto and of course same great service. Hell, Ive even met the legend himself, Scott the man from the commercial. If youre at all interested in retro gaming I without a shadow of a doubt recommend this store. Their stock is almost always fresh so when you go in youre guaranteed to see something new. Just the other day I purchased a game cube from them in excellent condition for $50 which came with all of the cables and a controller in what they call "a pack" which the cashier ALWAYS checks to make sure is complete before check out. I like this store a lot and I hope you do too.

Customer service here does not exist. They are better then gamestop; however, Ive been in a few times and the people working there are blatantly rude and will ignore you. Their pricing does not make a lot of sense either. Some games are decently priced, but I went to buy an xbox 360 used, for example, it was 80 for the xbox 20 for the power cable, they wanted to charge for the AV cables, HDD, and controller ALL SEPARATE. By the time they were done explaining all the charges I was better off going to gamestop. At least there they will put a warranty on the system you buy. Overall I would suggest them over GameStop, but Id only go here as a last resort.

pleae please help me out. I cant find my answer anywhere so Im desperate enough to ask here: Is there anywhere in Reno or sparks to go and Actually play console games (Xbox or PS3 or 4 ..) ??? Im new to Reno but where I come from, there are stores that you can go in and theres only LEDs consoles and sofas and bunch of people playing either alone or multiplayer or online. Its a very fun way to spend time , me and my friends used to go to these places all the time and play different console games one on one or even 2 on 2 it was awesome. Please help me out if there is such place in Reno.

Im a collector of all things game. Consoles, games, guides, ect. This place is great for completing or replacing my libraries. Yeah I can go anywhere to get the new stuff but this place always has the stuff for real gamers that dont trade in a game because it has been beat. Every time I go in I have walked out with something awesome to add to the collection. Will be returning soon.

I love Game Force. I go in here every so often and they always have something to buy. The Clerks Moose and Brandon are great to talk to and know alot about games This store has games alot cheaper then online prices most of the time. Way better then that sack of s#@t Crapn Games who rip off anyone they can go here first :)

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. They false advertise used games, accessories and consoles as brand new, but the worst part is that they will not give you your money back! I will never return to this establishment. END OF STORY

Awesome local game store, love going to these places over game stop or the like, these guys actually care and know their stuff. I went to high school across the street so I spent a lot of time here

Ive been shopping here for years. Considering it relies on buy/sell from the customer base they always have a great selection. This is the place I would go for all of your console gaming needs!

This store has a decent selection, the best prices and the friendliest staff in town! I will continue driving across town past three Gamestops to shop here.

Found a used gamecube for 40$ but works like new! They have games ranging from 0$-40$ at least I think so. They have games and consoles at a good price.

A clean and friendly retro game shop with great staff and service. They love games and it shows. Pay them a visit before you bother with the chains.

First and only game I ever bought from this shop and it doesnt work at all. What a waste of time and money. And the customer service was crap

I beg to differ, their real people, with a real sense of humor; not a fake smile customer service team. Game Force Kicks @$$!
