My wife, daughter and I went into the store for a few questions and was helped by a very friendly and helpful gentleman named Trey. He not only helped us with our current situation but helped us optimize our plan so we could add my mother as another line and switch her from AT&T. He was very patient and understanding and even help keep my daughter entertained by showing her one of the tablets (which we wound up buying for her so we can take it on our family trips). Overall, the store looked clean and, yes there was a wait in the beginning, but what retail store is not cutting back hours no a days? Everyone was busy helping a customer so it wasnt like people were just standing around. Trey should be considered for a raise or better yet promotion!

This is a full service Verizon store. The store itself is very nice however the employees, while friendly, do not provide good service. Both times Ive visited, Ive been greeted by a tablet holding receptionist who took my name (which is good). However, despite there being no line, the wait to check out was approximately 20 mins (this was for an in-store pickup). Also, when I finally got to the counter, I discovered that part of the delay was due to the sales rep collecting a bunch of hardware extras (cases, cables, etc) that he wanted to sell me. Do yourself a favor and just get your phones mailed to you directly rather than waste your time at this store.

Spent over an hour in there this evening. Went in needing to talk to them about problems Im having with my phone shutting off by itself. They told me it would be about an hour before I could talk to anyone. After waiting well over an hour I asked if they could tell me how much longer the wait would be. They checked their list, noted how many of the other customers before me had already walked out, and told me it would be another half hour at least. I left without accomplishing anything. Go to another Verizon store if you actually want service.

Went here looking to possibly trade up and wanted to know how much of a difference or bill would be if we decided to make the jump. Verizon rep Elham was a pleasure to work with, confirmed the differences, and had us pay off the small balance on our phones to upgrade. In and out in 45 minutes with better phones and lesser monthly payments.

I had to pay my bill but I lost my credit card. The greeter Teaerra insisted I use the auto pay which did not take a check. She refused to help the check go in and then put me as the last person in the cue to get my bill paid. One hour of time wasted. I am composing this review in the store right now.
