I went to BatteriesPlus to replace my motorcycle battery. The clerk suggested that they had a superior battery to the one (which they also had) I had. I asked that he confirm that they were compatible and he appeared to check it and then said yes. Needless to say, they were not. The battery posts were positioned such that the battery would not fit. I returned to the store the next day. A different clerk appologized and gave me the same model I had originally asked for. He produced a dusty looking battery. He said that it was not fully charged but should have enough to turn the bike over. I figured that was okay. I got home, it wouldnt start the bike. I hooked it up to a charger and 45 min later it was up to charge. Hooked it up again and the bike still would not turn over. After 45 minutes of experimentation I came to the conclusion that the battery was bad. Returned to the store - and - sure enough - it WAS bad. The clerk then gave me a clearly looking new battery which by the way also was fully charged. One wonders why wasnt that the battery given to me in the first place? One wonders if he had sold me a used battery? It was dusty and clearly dead. Alas, Ill never know because Ill never go back...

I went in to have my camera and screen replaced. I got home and started to use my phone again and to my disbelief neither feature worked! I called them immediately and an employee told me to come in Saturday to have it replaced. I drove out of my way an hour and a half to be told a technician was not available today and the first employee was extremely rude. So please learn from my lesson:: 1. Always check their work before you exit the store 2. Technicians are not in on weekends no matter who tells you what. I suggest going to a different store and save yourself the trouble.

Went and ordered a motorcycle battery for an old motoguzzy motorcycle.(prepaid for it which is the norm at any parts house for a special order in the bay area), It came in on time and the price was fair, much better service than at kragen auto parts, also a really large selection of 100+lumens flashlites, I got the brightest light I have ever had for under $30 dollars, looking forward to going there again!!.

I went into Batteries & Bulbs today with a clock that I loved that wasnt properly designed in that the battery required was too small for the allotted space and contact points. Jeff found a spare plastic slip and rigged up an ingenious set-up so the battery was held into proper position and the clock face worked! Thank you, Jeff - he wouldnt let me pay for his ingenuity and kindness. Gayle A.

The people here were great. I was looking for a hard to match car battery and to my surprise they had something. And for hundreds less then the dealer wanted. Plus with a much better warranty. They even had tools I could borrow and helped me get the battery out. And the sales guy was very knowledgeable about batteries and happy to share that knowledge.

I went in and they were helpful replacing a battery for a cell phone. It needed to be warrantied and they said that the new one would be ready the next day at 1 pm. I called at 1 and they said it wasnt going to be ready until 4. I wish that they could have told me the correct time in the first case.

I was replacing the battery in my Nexus 6P and came across a stuck screw. I walked in and within 5 minutes they had the screw out and gave me the screwdriver to complete my repair as well at no charge! These guys really care about the community
